Joanne and her office are such a pleasure to work with. They are always willing to review our policies to ensure we have the best coverage and best rates possible. Anytime we have anything come up they are there to help and take care of everything so we don’t have to. I recommend this office for all of your insurance needs!

I have my business insurance with Joanne Bryant’s office and I’ve never had any problems with my policy. Whenever I need declaration pages for large events, her staff is super responsive and gets back to me right away. Whenever I need to make a payment, I call and it’s taken care of immediately. Questions are always explained in detail. Love her and this branch.

I have had my policies with this office for a few years now.
There have been many problems with my account and the level of competency and speed that this office has taken care of them was minimal. It took them 6 months to fix one problem and another 3 for a separate issue.
Another time, I stopped by the office and there were young children who were playing and running around. It makes sense why it is hard for them to get things done if they have kids running around all the time.
Because of these issues, I am in the process of finding another office to take my accounts as these people do not seem able to take care of them for me.
Beware her Unilocal reviews: When you first click on her Unilocal page it shows only her 5 star reviews, but many others have had bad experiences and even point out that her 5 star reviews are from people who work for her! You have to click on another link at the bottom of all the 5 star reviews that says «25 other reviews that are not currently recommended» to see the others.
I feel that people can find a more honest, professional agent to care for their insurance needs.

State Farm has been a lot kinder to me than I have to them.
I switched to State Farm from another insurer about 10 years ago after one of State Farm’s insureds rear-​ended me in an accident. My insurer didn’t handle the claim well, while State Farm handled their end of it to my complete satisfaction. I have had occasion to submit a few other claims with them since, and State Farm has always taken good care of me. Claims is the right end of the business for an insurance company to get right.
Joanne’s team has always been helpful and treated me with kindness and respect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend State Farm and Joanne’s agency to my family or friends.

First and foremost I would like to commend the service I received from Jojo. My wife and I were in search of life insurance. We compared several companies locally and online. State Farm ROCKS! On my BMW forum we were discussing the various insurance companies and their response to customer claims. The consensus was that State Farm pays the full amount for customer claims and authorizes shops to use OEM parts for repair and not the cheaper aftermarket parts. For us BMW folk and our Ultimate Driving Machines, ACCEPT NO SUBSTITUTES!

My mother and I have probably 6 policies with Joanne and her team. I had a bit of an accident in mom’s car and Brendan really helped me get it all sorted out. They are all so very helpful. We have never received such great service from an insurance company. They are friendly, helpful, quick to return calls, and got my mother’s check to her FAST. We have been totally impressed!
