Market Place Cleaners

Took two pair of jeans in for alteration along with a down jacket for cleaning. The owner asked me if I wanted to pay for the jacket which I dropped off along with the alterations I said sure. She rang it up and I left the jacket when I returned today to pick it up she charged me again I explained I paid did the jacket $ 20.00 she said NO charged me again. I will never return I in good faith did my part paid up front and she denied and charged me again. I suggest you seek another cleaner rather than going here. I will. Never bring my business there again. Should have a (minus star)

I never actually used this cleaners but walked in with intent to do so. I waited for a few minutes for someone to come to the counter after I walked in. Once she did, she was anything short of friendly. I then asked about prices and they were outrageous. So, I left. This time I will be checking Unilocal for somewhere. I failed to read reviews before I walked in.

Very nice and great at typical cleanings and minor repairs. Had one instance where I brought in an item that they couldn’t clean due to the type of material and I had to take it to a more full service cleaners instead. But I appreciate their honesty.

I just went here for first time to have my comforter dry cleaned. I have dogs and have never been turned away for dog hair on comforter. I am having a baby this week and trying to get everything set. The woman refused to clean my comforter. Went down the street and no problem. Next thing they will tell me is it’s dirty we can’t clean it.

This is the best cleaners. They consistently do a great job and will accommodate requests for a quick turn around. The employee doesn’t talk much but she is efficient. I drive out of my way to bring my clothes here.

Have never had a bad experience and can also if needed have your clothes ready the same afternoon if brought in before 8:00 AM.

The owner Marcia is wonderful. I can’t say enough about this dry cleaning location. This is my go to location-​she does a great job at getting all my spots quickly and efficiently. If I need to make a rush order for any garment they are very accommodating.

This place is a small hole in the wall near Nob Hill and some random jewelry store. This place does dry cleaning and alterations. I’m not sure how long is considered too long because I haven’t taken my dry cleaning to any other place in the bay area, but they take about 4 days (I drop my clothes off on Mondays and pick them up Fridays).
So far I am very pleased with the quality in which they dry clean my clothes. I can bring a suit jacket with a bunch of cat hair on it and when I pick it up, it is pretty much spotless. I’m not quite sure if their prices are high, but I pay $ 25 for 1 suit jacket, 1 pair of slacks, and 2 dress shirts. They aren’t open very late. I think they close like by 5 or 6 pm. Their customer service varies though depending on your point of view because they don’t talk much, but they are pleasant when they interact with you. It could be because their english is limited? Anyway, if you are a regular like I am, they pretty much know which clothes are yours without the pickup ticket. The clothes are always ready when they promise they would be. If you can’t understand them, take a peak at your receipt ticket =)
