Love the food trucks. Give a nice variety and alternative to the not so great café at BR#3. My favorites are:
Chairman Bao– Recommend the pork belly with pickled daikon and the Coca-​Cola braised pork with cabbage slaw.
Koja Kitchen– Can’t go wrong with the short rib combo.

I love how the food trucks come to my work place and it doesn’t hurt that the select varies from week to week to give my taste buds a new flavor to savor. The trucks are always at the same place, same days, same time; I like consistency. I had the vietnamese pork sandwich. I am vietnamese so I have a high standard and to my surprise the sandwiches were more modern looking and tasting which I liked.

I love the fact that food trucks come to BR3 on Tuesdays, and BR1 on Wedensdays!

Hours: Tue. (BR3), Wed. (BR1+BR3), and Thu (BR8+BR15), @11am-2pm

** Update 3 — Starting June 5, 2014, BR8 and BR15 will have 2 food trucks each on Thursdays.
** Update 2 — On July 30, 2013, organizers added Tuesdays (BR3) to the food trucks rotation.
** Update 1 — Starting in January 2013, the East Bay’s Food Truck Mafia group has replaced OTG as the organizer for the Bishop Ranch food truck locations.
In 2012, only the BR1 and BR3 buildings will get food truck service on Wednesdays. Sadly, BR8 and BR15 don’t have food truck stops this year. But tenant services had stated that BR15 might have food trucks during the summer period.
