Quiksilver Factory

I had a good experience. I went here during my lunch hour and found some great deals for an upcoming vacation to Hawaii. I’m glad it is close to my office so that I can check on the inventory frequently. Hopefully the stores sticks around. It is in an odd location with no other clothing stores except Sports Authority.

Not the freshest adult selection, but they do have a rack for kids stuff. The two associates were chatting when i walked in. I greeted one of them, they said hi to me before resuming their conversation.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Literally some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I was here on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. There were two employees working, a young girl and young boy. They were incessantly flirting with each other and I had to ask for help despite being the only person in the store. After I got help getting a pair down off the rack the girl asked repeatedly if she should put them back up or ring them up. I just wanted to try them on and think for a second! After putting said pair up, she left to go back and flirt with the boy. The floor was filthy, they were rude and it was a disgrace to a brand I trust and a store I was excited to see open. Fire the people that don’t want to work there to keep your customers.
