I typically go to the San Ramon Safeway for my Friday Hot Chocolate WITH NO WHIP CREAM but they weren’t ready for business today. So I went to this nearby Starbucks time and my drink order was wrong — AGAIN. Apparently NO WHIP CREAM means Add Whip Cream. I caught 1st error during a previous visit but I didn’t discover this 2nd mistake until I got to work. I also checked the cup and there was NO comment about NO WHIP CREAM. Friendly staff but THEY DO NOT LISTEN. I’ll have to find another backup Starbucks.

Morning Baristas and staff are very friendly and fast. So they do deserved to get tips from my online orders because they make me happy :-) However, I agree with others that they give this place a 3 or even as low as 2 stars? Why? Hmmm it’s really clear to me that the Barista & the clerk in the afternoon like 4−5pm are not so welcoming. Checking if there’s an online order is not a tedious job, I have to wave at Cole (Barista) who has no kind of personality at all. Minding the order that people place and ignoring online order that I made five minutes ago is quiet upsetting. Oh as he hand me my order, he didn’t even acknowledge what was my order was or not looking at me directly in the eye. Well, thanks for making it so obvious that you don’t like your job. Btw, my usual drink wasn’t impressive. Too foamy and my cup felt like its light and empty.

its starbucks. Its on a corner of a strip mall and there can be a lot of car and foot traffic in the area. Everyone needs to keep a look out for the speeding car that doesn’t stop. Not happy this location reduces the available parking of other places I like to frequent in the area.

Holy Crap! This is the WORST Starbucks I have been to EVER! I would rather drive the 10 minutes and give to the one inside of Target on Bollinger Canyon! There was no rush to make any drinks and there was a line of people. The drinks are decent tasting. I have worked at Starbucks before and if any of them were working under me I would have fired them! I understand that you are new but if shouldn’t take 20 minstrel to make my drink. Have some pride in your work and make sure the customer is happy. OH! And if your training it is your job to help and watch that person not walk away and ignore them when thy clearly need help and to pick up the pace! NEVER COMING BACK!

Service: sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Started using the new mobile app to order ahead and on all 3 occasions, after telling the barista at the pick up side that I ordered online, I get a look of exasperation and no verbal acknowledgment at all. I know it’s a fairly new system and they can get overwhelmed but c’mon– it’s service, people! You’re supposed to fake it, or at least cuss me out in your mind with a smile on your face and a «no problem– coming right up» on your lips.
They do get 3 stars for accuracy, cleanliness, and the people taking orders at the register are usually pretty nice.

This is a new Starbucks located in Diablo Plaza (same shopping center of Mcdonald). We come for a quick breakfast or early evening snack. I like their bakery. It is always warm, fresh and healthy (option of whole wheat, lots of wraps has healthy grill veggie) There is good seating inside and outside. This location also never feels excessively crowded which is a plus.
Starbuck have loyal program (prepaid virtual cash card downloaded from Starbuck free phone apps: which give you free birthday treat and coupon code from time to time). How you do is: You use phone to scan to pay the cashier each time.

Went in today & ordered a vanilla frappé with an extra floating shot, I didn’t get it actually I don’t think he put any coffee in it at all

First time here hoping to have a good experience. However, really! No Cold Brew ready?!? Also, no apology. Well, good thing there are 4 other Starbucks stores within a quarter mile of each other. I’ll drive the extra 30 seconds to another Starbucks that is more dependable.

I happen to be here the other day to notice the 4th Starbucks in the neighborhood. I really like this location cause it’s the closet to my work. Good hours too. Grand opening on the 23rd of July but not too busy yet. Good news for me until everyone realizes is open then you can expect long lines.
