I was really disappointed with this stay. I had booked this place in san jose(AIRE) for my family so that they can live comfortably but that was not the case. First the building that was was rented out is a new construction and is partly done. So there is a lot of work going on. Which means a lot of noise. In the afternoon we could not rest at all. When I was booking I was not told anything about this. Also the lift doesnt work properly which is very annoying. Also in the listing it was mentioned that this was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment but actually its a studio. Also i had got a dedicated car spot but thats in the guest parking. Guest parking is open and hence unsafe. Sometimes other people park there and I have to park somewhere else. I should have got a spot in the resident parking which is inside the gated parking and hence safer.

I’ve been going through a corporate relocation and working with lots and lots of vendors. Synergy has been — by far — the most pleasant and competent of them all. From the moment I was contacted by Synergy to arrange my housing, they have been so incredibly speedy. My emails were answered within minutes, and my questions were professionally and courteously answered. I’ve had to call them a few times and the staff on the other end of the line were always friendly and helpful. On one occasion I needed a question answered at 4:30pm on a Friday, and even though my primary contact was out of office they were able to put me in touch with another staffer who was able to aid me. Keep up the good work!

Nice place. Lived here for 3 months 2 years ago. Safe neighborhood. I used to jogged at night(11PM) and it was totally safe. CS was very nice. I mistakenly shipped my package there and they helped me to search through it via Facebook. Very easily contactable. Highly recommended!

The apartment was nice, however, this review is based on customer service. I was wrongly charged for a pet I did not have. I had an angora sweater that left a few hairs on the couch. I informed Synergy about this, but they still charged me over $ 300 for a full carpet cleaning, hair removal, and an upholstery cleaning. I had no choice but to accept the charges… However, a few months later, Synergy requested I fill out a customer service survey, so I of course, voiced my displeasure. I can understand the hair removal and perhaps the upholstery needing to be cleaned but my sweater shedding a bit did not warrant a full carpet cleaning. Eventually they got back to me stating they’d refund 50% of the charges. This was on 5÷10÷13. Almost 3 months later, I am STILL waiting on that refund, despite contacting them numerous times.

I recently leased an apartment from Synergy when I made the move to SF. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The synergy app was super helpful in my transition to a new city. It has an around me feature that shows you restaurants, shopping and entertainment that is close to you, which helped me find a lot of yummy restaurants during my stay. I was with Synergy for 2 years, in multiple properties in Palo Alto and San Francisco. Their staff is incredibly attentive and detail oriented, and I’ve recommended them to multiple friends who had a similarly great experience. Very professional and customer-focused team, and very high quality standards. My only nit was Synergy’s furniture taste, but that’s just a personal opinion :)
