Trendy Image Salon

I have been going to Trendy Image for awhile now. The facilities are clean and Anna, the owner, is very friendly. I just went again today and had a great massage during my mani-​pedi. Almost, but not quite, fell asleep! They have the ultraviolet light so the polish dries quickly.

I strayed from my usual place because my hubby found an add for mani and pedi for $ 25 I was like why not. I had the worst manicure and pedicure of my life. It was empty so I thought I got lucky and would have a relaxing unrushed experience. I was dead wrong! The lady was not friendly at all never even said hello or even smiled. She rushed through every step it was obvious she couldn’t care less about me! Water was cold for mani. It was actually unrelaxing! I still tipped her because I would feel bad if I didn’t and I never seen someone less appreciative for a good tip! Especially for crappy service. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse while I was waiting for my nails to dry the Owner asks me.“How long are going to sit here?” Are u kidding me? I was like I’m waiting for them to dry! It was 1pm they weren’t closing and I was the only one there! I seriously want to ask for my money back. It was so awful!

I’ve been going to John for years to get my hair cut. He’s a true professional and goes out of his way to make sure I’m happy with the results.
