Dalila is the best! I used to take my oldest son to her when he was little. When we moved from San Ramon to Danville we started going elsewhere but never got great cuts. Finally decided to go back to her after several years and I’ll never take my kids to anyone else again. She fixed my little one’s messed up Kids N Teens cut, thank goodness and gave the other boys great cuts too. They all look great. Thanks! :)

Great haircuts. Friendly people. What more can I say. My kids and I all have been going here for years, and we are very happy with the service!

Very nice hairstylist. She took her time with my hair but I can’t give more than 3 stars because I asked for only half inch trim, and she cut at least 1.5 inches. I’ve been growing my hair out for awhile so that entire inch I lost was a lot! I would try again but I need to pay attention to her cutting my hair more carefully!

I came in as a walk-in waited for about 20min. No big deal. Looked like a lot of local families come in and get their hair cuts done here. My hair is long straight and I needed a bang trim. I paid $ 25 not a bad price since I didn’t want to do super cuts. Thank you. I will be back when it’s time for another trim.

My new go to place in San Ramon. I hate moving to new places. You have to go around and found someone to cut your hair. I loved the place I frequented in Houston and was dreading coming back to San Ramon to find someone to cut my hair. especially since i am the worst at giving details on how i cut my hair. When i originally lived in San Ramon, I would go back to Sacto to get my hair cut but this time around I didn’t want to do the 2 hour drive. Found Twenty five thanks to Unilocal!of course. And i wasn’t disappointed. Lana was great. I showed up on Friday morning with no appointment and she cut my hair. I was in and out in 20 mins. Despite being fast, she still was very detail about what’s left of my hair and I know i’ll ask for her in the future. Twenty Five is now my regular joint for sure :)

I take a minute at the beginning to explain exactly how I want it cut. Once were on the same page, I am excited and I see their excitement too. They are very proud of there work, and they should be. Exactly what I wanted! She also offers recommendation for excellent hair maintenance. In my $ 25 long hair cut; they don’t wash, dry and style your hair after the cut, which is fine with me for this awesome low cost.

Went to get a haircut. The lady told me to wait even though she was free. While I was waiting another lady came in and for reason I can’t understand, decided to cut her hair first. Left shortly after to never comeback

I have been bringing both of my boys to get a hair cut for over a year now. The first time I came my youngest was 10 months and if you have little children you will know how much they hate getting their hair cut and mostly will cry during the entire process. But now my youngest loves coming here and because of the patience and great care of all these wonderful ladies he trusts them and will even sit on his own now to get his hair cut. And usually at this young age(2) you need a fancy car seat or TV to distract children while getting their hair cut. Not here. My children just love it. They always talk to them and explain every step so it’s not a surprise to them when they switch tools to cut their hair. 15 $ for a kids hair cut is very well spend here and of course I have my favorite hair dressers :-) but I guess it all depends on your preference and how you click with one of these ladies. But they are all super friendly and confident in their skills. Some listen more or less to what you want and I stick to my two wonderful ladies who know how to cut my boys hair ;-)

Loan is my favorite. I once asked her for a shampoo and it was a great head massage. Even my wife notices that my hair looks good.

Lana is great! She’s friendly and can cut asian hair. yes, it’s different. before I found Lana I had numerous haircuts where I had to trim my hair again myself after I got home because I’d find random hairs sticking out from the side. I’ve been going to Lana for about the last year, great find.

If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have! They do a consistently great job of cutting my hair, but what I like even more than their expertise with hair is that they are truly wonderful people! I have had Thu, Luann, Lana and Tran cut my hair, each one is terrific! Thu is my favorite though! I’ve been going to them for teh past five years or so, they now have a client for life!

For $ 17 bucks I got a conversation and a nice hair cut. She even gave me pointers on how to style and maintain my hair as well. Overall the location is pretty superb and close to the bishop ranch area. Tip: They do not take American Express!

I came here last week and Thu cut/layered my hair. I was not happy with it. Next few days, I had a hard time trying to style it. It’s like the cut was too blunt or choppy… who knows! Maybe she’s used certain hair types? Not coming back.

Tran is great! We were visiting family in San Ramon, and my husband desperately needed a haircut. He has typical Asian hair… which requires special skill, otherwise you can see the scissor cuts and might even have his hair stick straight out to the side.(If you have Asian hair, you KNOW what I’m talking about). After reading reviews on Unilocal,we decided to visit Tran at 2550 Hair Studio in San Ramon. Thank you fellow, Unilocalers! Tran was awesome. Our experience: We walked in & waited about 15 minutes for her to finish another(Asian) guy’s haircut. Once my husband was in her chair, she had a good consultation – asking what we wanted, whether we had any pictures of the desired haircut, providing suggestions, and clearly stating what she was going to do. She even said that she won’t cut off too much to begin with… so we didn’t need to worry. She took her time cutting his hair(maybe took 20 – 30 minutes). She used a razor instead of buzzers… which shows how much skill she has. When she was part-way through, she asked how the length was. so that my husband could provide his input. All signs of a good haircut! The end product was great! Everything was blended perfectly… I couldn’t find a flaw. Even my husband’s family commented on what a great haircut it was. And the price was great too! It was ~$ 17 for his haircut. Since she took her time on it, my husband even tipped more than usual. I highly recommend Tran… and will probably continue to see her when we visit San Ramon.

Great haircut and great price! I’ve come here twice and had Tran both times. She really listened to what I wanted and added her own advice to make it better(but without going against my requests), and it turned out great. I have very thick, wavy hair that needs to be cut a certain way to stay low-maintenance and avoid looking too heavy on the bottom, and she really understood that and gave it the perfect amount of layers. I also like that you can get just a haircut, whereas some salons insist on washing your hair first(annoying/unnecessary if I just washed it yesterday) and then thoroughly styling it afterwards. I wear my hair its natural texture and usually let it air dry, and I’ve had hairdressers at other places insist on blowing out and straightening my hair after cutting it, which is just a waste of time for me and unnecessary heat damage. This is a good no-nonsense salon that gives you exactly what you want and doesn’t make you sit through(and pay extra for) other stuff. I’m much more satisfied with this cut than I’ve been with ones that cost twice as much. Highly recommended!

I have been a regular customer hear for about 4 years, and really look forward to my visits. I feel that the stylists here are really my friends, not just staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. They are very meticulous on cutting my hair, even though I don’t ask for any type of special haircut. They always do a good job. The stylists have also been very helpful in some suggestions. For example, They told me, «Chris – the mustache must go!» Well, I took their advice, and I now look much longer, thanks to Twenty Five Fifty! But best of all, YOUMUSTTRYTHE«HOTTOWEL» ! What is that, you ask? A hot towel is like a shampoo and scalp massage. It is very inexpensive, but is really great. I feel so relaxed afterwards! I have been trying to get my wife to come here also – especially to get a hot towel. So, Karen, if you are reading this, get over here for the hot towel! I highly recommend this salon! I’m sure you will likewise enjoy your experience! Friendly people, great service, great prices – what more could you ask?
