Zen Day Spa

This was my first time getting a massage at Zen Day Spa and I have to say, my overall experience was great. I purchased a Groupon and I had absolutely no problem using it. I didn’t catch the gal’s name that checked me in but she was an absolute gem!
I went in for the hour massage and sea salt scrub. You have to be comfortable with yourself to let a complete stranger wash you down but it’s totally worth it!
Tony was my massage therapist and his is fantastic. I’ve realized now that the Asian culture should be the only ones that should give massages and the reasoning why… the bum!
I think the American culture believes it to be taboo or sexual so they don’t go there. Don’t laugh! There are so many muscles in their why wouldn’t you want it massaged? I always mess up my sciatic nerve and a massage on the bum is the best thing for it. Tony was very respectful, asking every chance he got if I was ok with the next place he worked on. He was very professional. I was so relaxed that he’d stop unless he got the go ahead to move forward. He seemed to have a great understanding of the muscles in the body and I am so appreciative of that. He gave the best massage I think I may have ever had. I felt so relaxed. Many massages made me feel a little sore the next day but not this one.
I will definitely go back there and I suggest you give it a try too.
Because of this Groupon, I can say that Zen Day Spa will be my first choice in looking for a massage.

My first time trying Zen spa. I used an online deal that I purchased. A bit of a hassle trying to use my coupon, so I negotiated with them and paid a discounted rate for an hour full body massage and 20 minute scrub. May is the therapist that I had and she did a great job. Clean place, calm ambiance. Worthy of a second visit.

I had a great experience at Zen. I would highly recommend Zen to friends and family. They are very professional and the rooms are wonderfully decorated. Well managed and you can feel they hire the best of the best. You won’t be disappointed. I am now regular customer. Feels sooo good!!! I am rejuvenated after a visit to take on the work/​workout week again!!!

I badly needed a massage because I work out almost everyday. I was grateful that Zen spa booked me at the last minute, and Melissa arrived 30 minutes earlier than my appointment. Even though she is small, she is strong. I got a 60-​minute deep tissue massage.
Overall, great massage, great staff, great environment in the spa, and great service. I just don’t recommend getting the aromatherapy unless you’re used to it.
