I talked to Tammy on the phone several times before my appointment. She was very helpful and answered my questions even later at night. I had BJ come out and install ceiling fans and a doggie door. He did a great job and was very professional. We had a ceiling fan we installed and it was not working correctly, BJ fixed the fan at no extra charge. They have great costumer service at a reasonable price. I would use them again.

As the saying goes «When it rains, it pours.» I recently had three big events that decided to collide all at the same time. New job, new home, and new baby! As a result I was spread out thin and needed help quickly to convert my original home into a rental property. There were a variety of repairs that were needed that I could not complete on my own in time. After careful research I decided on I Fix It 4 U to help me.
The owners, Tammy & BJ, were incredibly helpful. They both took their time to explain to me how they could help and their pricing. They never made the conversation feel rushed or intimidating. Once I moved forward with repairs BJ was very quick to take action. The repairs turned out great and BJ assured me that if I was not satisfied with the repairs he would do what he can to rectify it. I’m very thankful I found I Fix It 4 U because they understood the situation I was in and went above and beyond to get my home ready quickly. I plan on using them for any future repairs that I may need because I know I can trust them.
