Pretty good, no complaints! All the interaction I had with the employees was nice. They were all really pleasant. They have a humongous selection of very reasonably priced workout clothes. Huge grocery section with lots of fresh stuff. Open 24 hrs!!!

I was in the store and had issues with employee over the price on baby car seat and stroller combo on discount rack but was very pleased with the way mgt. handled it especially Comanager Adam he was very good called me back and handled it very professional and took care of us thanks again Adam we will be a returning customer in the future.

the pharmacy is horrible. tried to call in a prescription for a patient for hours. left message. still after 3 hours never checked. called back. no return call. no call to patient. put on hold for over an hour. hung up. ridiculous!!! thanks corporate america!!!

So I just dropped off my car at the auto center to get an oil change I come back to pick it up and they didn’t even do an oil change because they didn’t know how to open my hood which is completely easy to do and I already had explained to the guy that took my car how to do it. They didn’t take two seconds to try they just were just lazy and didn’t want to take the time to do the oil change and used the dumbest excuse I have ever heard. I’m beyond pissed and never going there ever again.

This particular Walmart is clean, better organized and stocked than most and their employees who stock the shelves are friendly and helpful.

I give Walmart 3 because it’s open 24 hrs, however, there is definitely room for improvement.
For starters, why is it so difficult to keep Suave moose number 8 in stock!!! Also CafeVienna, always out of stock. I understand why; because when it is people stick up on it cause it takes forever to put it back out on the shelf!
And why is it that there aren’t enough cashiers?!!
The deli is okay. The pizza has a flavor I can’t describe. I just know I wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy. Fried chicken seems to be to fried that the chicken inside is dry.
Do like the layaway process!

Worst customer service ever, «supervisors» are a joke. Rude to customers and no problem solving skills whatsoever. Only reason I shop here is the lack of an alternative nearby.

I have taken notice that this place is doing a much better job now. I figured it was time for an update on their service. The staff is responsive, my last oil change took 35 minutes (and I didn’t even supply the filter this time!), and the cost is great. They have really turned this place around.

Have had great experiences at this location. Manager Dawn was extremely helpful with price matching and coupons, so I was very grateful! Overall most of the employees are helpful, which makes shopping easier!

I have recently moved to San Tan Valley, down the street from the Hunt Hwy store. We price match. I am soooo tired of things that should be in stock isn’t. It seems like it is the things that are on specials at other stores. I go early in the mornings when the ads come out. Went to by butter and low and behold they were out. Same thing other times. I go back and check several times during the week. No stock. Come on Wall Mart!!! This isn’t good. I heard the Wall Mart on Rittenhouse is better.
I just heard on the news that Target is going to start price matching. If that is so, NO MORE WALLMART!

This Walmart has really gone down hill. The management there is so rude and most of the cashiers are rude and don’t even make eye contact with you when you check out. They also pick and chose what items they are willing to price match. One day they will price match an item and the very next day they won’t an so on. Management really need to take a course in customer service so they can teach their employees. I will be driving the extra couple of miles to Fry’s where they appreciate my business.

Cool. I love being the first to review. The Walmart stores here in AZ are so much nicer then those in MO. So how does one really rate a Walmart when they all are similar in appearance here in AZ? It comes down to personality. The people here are very nice and helpful. Looked like they enjoyed being here. That goes a long way.

We waited 45 mins just to put something on layaway! Pushed the button on the machine to page someone and the associate didn’t know how to add new people to the system so she left to get someone else and we waited FOREVER! Not acceptable Walmart!

I can tolerate the general absence of customer service, messy aisles, mislabeled products and associates putting merchandise in the wrong places but the automotive department is just a joke.
I brought in one rim, asked for a tire to be installed on that rim. I was told it would take about an hour. That should have been my cue to run. But I figured I’d hang out, do a little grocery shopping, no biggie.
3 hours later, I returned all the groceries that spent the last hour and a half in the trunk of my car. I’m still waiting for that one damn tire.
I hate you Wal-​Mart.

The pharmacy here is so bad, I switched to Walgreens. The wait is always ridiculous. Then they charged me $ 75 for medicine I refused and when I wanted to speak to a manager, was told by a trainee that I couldn’t. I called corporate and the manager got back to me a week later. There’s always kids running around unattended. I stopped grocery shopping here and drive the extra 12 miles to the Safeway in Florence. It’s not worth saving a little $ to put up with the crap even though it’s across the street! I tried the oil change service and it took 3 hours even though my car was the 3^rd in line and they never called me. I now go to Big O tires for my oil change.

PHARMACY… ALWAYS understaffed and slow. The staff is friendly enough but they REALLY need to staff up to improve their service times. The staff attitude is the only reason for the second star.

Crowded and I mean to the point where you feel like you need to plan your route before heading in to the store to maneuver around fat people and kids running up and down the aisles while the parent is playing with their phone. Then once you find the area where the product is that you are there to purchase, low and behold it’s usually out of stock. If you do end up buying something, you have the luxury of standing in line for at least 20 minutes to pay at one of three open registers because said fat person with kids is taking their time or the register is locked up from it not accepting someone’s ebt card. You name it happens and yes it’s true no matter when you go it seems like only three to four registers are open. I recommend the Fry’s down the road. Its a little more civilized and though a little more money at least you find what you’re looking for and can leave with some sanity.

Have had better service the last couple of time that I have been to the sporting goods counter. Thanks for the improvement in service.

There are so many old reviews here I feel compelled to write my own. This was my go to place for pretty much everything from groceries to electronics from 2012 – 2013. You would see my ugly mug in there at least 3 – 5 times a month.
I rate a 5 for the following reasons: to help even out the score, and it seems a few other reviews were not written as objectively as they could’ve been.
Anywhoooooo…Based on multiple visits sometimes finding items I wanted was hit or miss, but like their website says the store will sometimes sell out of a product and not replace it. Overall, I like this Wal-​Mart better than the one on Rittenhouse in Q.C. because there aren’t as many seedy-​looking individuals hanging around outside.
I cannot comment on auto service, but shelving seemed well stocked in that area.
I would recommend this Wal-​mart because, well, it’s the only one in San Tan… hehe ;p…also if you are food shopping and want to get in and out shop after 9 so you don’t have to contend with all the soccer moms.

Took one of my sons to an urgent care for a bronchial infections. .. which in turn required three prescriptions. .. dropped them off and was told it would take about an hour. .. told them I would wait.
After about 45 minutes, I noticed customers who dropped of prescriptions after me were starting to pick up their prescriptions. .. so I got in line to see how my sons were coming along. .. Was told they would bump it up to the front and should only be a couple of minutes more.
Another 45 minutes. .. another 6 count them 6 customers who dropped of new prescriptions pick theirs up. .. back to the window. .. was told it shouldn’t be long. .. so back to the bench. .. another 30 minutes and a customer drops off his prescription and walks right to the pick-​up window and get his prescription. .. I am ready to explode.
Back to the pick-​up window. .. and the pharmacist was just finishing the third prescription. .. 2 HOURS. .. ARE YOU KIDDIG ME…
Will I be back. .. well not for at least 6 months. .. I have been band for making a scene. .. Walgreens here I come.
