Joyce (owner) is always super helpful with whatever! I rent a box there & theres been a few times Ive forgotten my card & she will just bill me & stick it in my box. They’re also very good about letting me know what mail I have when I call, or getting u the best shipping price whether it be USPS, UPS. etc
And as the other review said, they usually stay a little late & will help you out however they can! I’ve used UPS stores in the past (3) and this 1 is by far the best!

The employees here are great. I needed to get a shipment out and did not realize they close at 6pm. I called and let them know I was on my way and would be a couple minutes later than close. They accepted my shipment after they were closed (already paid for the label, just a drop off). I have been going here since we moved out here but the service in this transaction was phenomenal. You guys rock!
