Worse place ever! I needed to have a special spot cleaned and I was told it would be an extra charge, I get my car back and that spot looks like it dos when I brought it in. When I go back they tell me they will not fix it that I should just get my money back because they won’t clean it. Hector the manager rude! Won’t even look at you while talking. Horrible experience

Speedy? More like slowly! Three guys were detailing my car and it took more than 30 minutes. Don’t come here if you are in a rush. On the other hand, they play good spanish music!

I do not recommend this place. I went there and my windshied was cracked and said it was not their problem a week latter i went back becouse is the closes to my house and they were washing the cars with no soap. Im really disapointed of these place

Normally I go to shell in mission valley for my wash but was in the area so Unilocaled this place. Pretty good and they clean very well and take their time. There is customer seating and you can watch them clean the cars in front of you. I chose the 13.95 $ car wash. Most expensive is $ 20. Will be back

Speedy is not the way they work here. I arrived at 12:15 and its 1:05 now and my car is still waiting to get vacuumed. This place is backwards, they wash the car and then do the vacuuming afterwards. The other thing that royally pissed me off is that the workers just threw the trash from the inside of cars on the ground, that’s causing it to fly away into the street. NO city pride here. No manager nor supervisor. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Very disappointed on this place. So I went yesterday to get my car washed around 1, there was no line, the cashier lady was very nice and gave me a frequent customer card, I got the premium package (she’s the only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars). My car was took into the car wash machine right away. Everything was going great until they stared drying my car, there was only 3 cars in front of my and 2 of them had been there since I pulled into the car wash. It took them 30 minutes to detail my car, which at one point there was 4 guys at the same time working on it! I wouldn’t have mind the wait if at least they would have done a good job, they left a bunch of smudges, in addition the sent they put in my car didn’t even last me one whole day! I really doubt I’ll be returning to this car wash, I had really high hopes for this place and it let me down.

If you want an ok carwash for a marked up price, check these guys out.
When you need a carwash at 5:40pm and you want to be turned down because they close at 6 pm, check these guys out.
When you are in a hurry to get your car cleaned and wiped down, come see them because they will jump to the car right behind yours and forget to finish yours.
Sadly really lacking a leader or at least an amateur supervisor.
Too big of an investment from the owners to let an unexperienced group of monkeys run that joint.
It feels sad to see the lack of customer base considering other carwashes in town there is a long wait.
Good service is a key factor when price isn’t, and personally I don’t mind driving to them in San Ysidro but u guys need to set up your game!
Hope you make some changes.

Hands down the best car wash around. Very detailed on what they do and they clean every crevice of your vehicle. I got the premium for $ 20 bucks and my car is now showroom quality clean.

I’m so happy with this new car wash. My car was super clean better than any other place I have gone too. When you come in you are greeted by a cashier. She is very friendly an answer all my questions, and I picked a great deal. After it was wash your car is hand dry by very happy and friendly workers. They were very detail in cleaning the inside of my car. This place is great. I will be a regular here from now on.
