This place is LIT! Was out exploring in the San Diego area and stopped in to get some food. I’m glad I did. Loved the food and the friendly staff! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Bunch of divas in the review section. You don’t take a date to a buffet. Take your date somewhere nice to really impress her. Dress nice wear a Pee Wee Herman bow tie, bring her flowers and be a gentleman. She’ll probably be so impressed that she will take her phone out and let everyone on facebook know that she’s on a date and her status might get a few thumbs ups. You’re not going to turn on your date when you’re barfing in the parking lot because you ate too many 3 week old oysters. If you’re a teenager use buy one get one free Jack in the Box coupons. It’s ok you’re a kid. Take advantage while you’re still using your mommys lunch money allowance. When you’re older $ 5.98 dates will no longer be acceptable. You shouldn’t expect great food at a buffet. You go to a buffet to spend $ 10 for the privilege of eating for 4 hours and getting fat. Buffets are fun. You leave the place being extra fat, happy and then you get an awesome food coma nap. Then there’s that element of danger of getting sick and ending up in a actual coma. I have a death wish so I’m eating here tomorrow. 4 stars. 5 stars if they were open 24 hours.

Great customer service and their food is amazing. I go about twice a month and get a to-go box. The food is great! Worth the visit.

I used to live not too far from here so I went here probably more often than I should have. I never had any issues and food was good. Ok service. It’s a buffet so I never expected a fine dining experience but people were nice and food area is clean.

My family used to go to this buffet. It’s fairly decent. Don’t go there for Sunday buffet. They charge extra for serving lobster on this day. Don’t be fooled… they hardly put out the lobster. And, they also do not put out the large oysters & they skimp on the sushi bar. So much for truth in advertising…

This place gets one star. I never been to a restaurant where the foods was cold and not fresh at all. They were serving leftover lunch food for the dinner time. The food was either over cooked or old. I was not a happy camper eating here. I should’ve known the food was not going to be good judging by how many people were in the place. YUCK!!!

8.99 Lunch, 11.99 eat in for dinner. If you want to get it to go for lunch it’s 3.99, and 4,49 per lbs if you get it to go. We went with the second option and noticed it would have been a scam eating here for 11.99 a person. It’s just your regular Chinese buffet, but all the food here is poorly kept up until they almost ran out. The amount of grease was making us sick. Their choices are decent, but quality and service for that price should be better.

Just like any other Chinese buffet food is semi quality but pretty decent to other buffets.

Bad customer service, feels like it gets worse every time I come back with the family. I only go here because of my family, This place wouldn’t be in my list of choices of buffets. It’s like any other typical Chinese buffet. Food is mediocre. Some of the food is either too greasy or too bland, I wanted to try the sushi once but it did not look so good. They take a while to clear your table but once they notice you’re about to leave they come by so fast with your check even when it isn’t busy at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone but for some reason my parents like this place i don’t know why, but i go because they want to. Their choices also have not changed, i would choose vip buffet over this place.

Ate here for a date with my gf. Service here is honestly the worst ive seen in san diego. Waiters and waitresses walk around straight faced and a lot of the staff stared rudely at us for not leaving after being there for awhile. Food was decent but alot of it was cold and stale. They dont check to see how your doing unless you ask. The manager said for us to «grab our food so they can clean» so we wouldnt get any more. I wouldnt come back or suggest eating here for any occasion.

Been here a few times with family. Its right across the street from Las Americas Outlet so its an option after shopping. The food here is okay. Basic Asian buffet so you’ll have the staples: fried rice, chicken wings, shrimp, etc. The food is not spectacular but I’d like to compare it to an Asian themed Hometown Buffet. It’s edible and you’ll be full at the end of your meal.

All around dilapidated. I wouldn’t try the sushi being afraid of food poisoning. Not a very wide selection of food.

The food was ok. The steak strips were good. Crab was way overcooked and mushy. There were a lot of seafood options for dinner, as well as some sushi rolls. There was fried sweet banana that was good too.

Wow I’m shocked at the amount of bad reviews this place has gotten. Other than the snobby lady that ‘greeted’ us, the rest of the staff was very nice, friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious! I’m getting hungry now just thinking about it… I even saw a guy give a $ 20 tip to one of the waiters as he walked out for doing a good job.

Customer service was NOT okay. We walked in(me being the first person to enter the door) & the lady looked automatically annoyed because she was having a big party enter(party of 8). She didn’t even wait for everyone to come through to seat us. Then asked for our drink orders, but with an attitude. I loved the chow mein, stuffed shrimp, stuffed scallops, mussels, coconut shrimp and sugar donuts! Those foods were basically what I got full off of. Yum :] Then back to customer service. We paid for our meal, then my brothers were figuring out a tip at the table & the guy stared at them with their wallets to see how much they were leaving for tip. How annoying! I’d give customer service 1 star. I gave the review 3 stars because of the food.

This location is just as good as the one up north! Woo hoo! It’s inexpensive and delicious. What more do you want from a buffet? =) A+ from me! Attentive servers as well ;)

I go here for lunch on occasion and have always had a «to-go» box. I usually eat the Chow Mein, BBQ Pork, and different combinations of their chicken. Each of the entrees I’ve had here have decent flavor and it brings me back. The prices are average and so is the restaurant.

Very little edible selection. Of the actually appealing food, there is hardly any taste. Do not come here. We saw a woman here who clearly had a monthly misfortune spread on to the back of her shorts. She rubbed it with napkins and went to an employee to probably ask directions to the bathroom because that is definitely where she needed to be. Nope — we were mistaken, she asked for directions to the dessert table. And from there, she continued her meal while we regretted ever coming here.
