All-Event Party Tents

I was in need for a tent for my house warming party on 6÷20÷2015. I was able to rent a tent, tables and chairs from the falls airbase however that would require me to go pick them up, and set it all up. And because of the large amount of work we had left to do prior to the party it didn’t seem viable option.
So my wife called around and found this place. Having no reviews we were skeptical but with few options and their proximity to us we went with them.
We were told they would come set up the tent Thursday or Friday, I called the Monday before to have them come on Friday. I was told to call him back the next day to confirm the set up. I called the next day and again, I was told to confirm the next day, Wednesday. So again I did. And he told me they would be here the next day, Thursday. I told him that simply would not work. I have 3 acres to mow, and a mosquito problem. I had the mosquito guy coming to spray Friday morning, I didn’t want the spray on the tables and chairs and I had to mow my yard prior to the mosquito guy coming. I was told I didn’t have an option and they had to come Thursday.
They arrived Thursday at 9:10pm. It was already dark. They couldn’t use their vans lights because the battery would die. So I had to get both my vehicles out and turn the lights on for them. They had to borrow my phone to call their boss because they forgot something and their phones were dead. They asked me for mosquito spray because they were getting eaten alive. They were at my house until 10:45pm and did not set up tables or chairs.
We were not given a time for them to come get the tent tables and chairs. I got a text message Sunday saying «we will be there soon. Please have tables and chairs folded and stacked.» Well I was at the emergency vets with my dog in buffalo and for $ 525 (cost of rental) I would expect the removing for chairs and tables to be included. So I text messaged him saying we were at the emergency vets and that wasn’t going to be possible. We were then discharged and I went home. They had not arrived yet so I decided I would take the tables down and chairs. Literally as soon as I did I got this text message from him.
”. You know all this was discussed with Ashley (my wife) previously and then you got involved. Do you want us to clean up your party too? Please don’t call me for any tent rentals again. You are one of the worst customers I ever had“

This was the most amateur excuse for a ‘business’ I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They should want my business, they should be answering their phones or at least calling me.
However, even though dealing with Ray, the manager, owner, partner or whatever his title is was not pleasurable in any sense of the word, his crew was always respectful. Even when they arrived to take down the tent after me and him exchanged words they were pleasant to me.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS!
