Lousy Customer Service and Mediocre Work. While this vendor was recommended by my designer, I would not recommend using them. The typical story of a vendor committing a date and then delaying a week came true here. Even though I hand-delivered the check on 10÷12÷15, and my bank cashed it on 10÷19÷15, the office appeared to not order the Cambria countertop so it was not in the shop in time to be fabricated for a 12÷1÷15 installation. I was given a litany of excuses when I called on 11⁄30 to find out what time they would arrive on 12÷1÷15, including«I forgot to call you», the sink measurements were lost, the sink was lost(how do you lose a sink?). It never including«I’m sorry». This delayed the install to 12/7, now ensuring that the kitchen remodel wouldn’t be done by the Christmas holiday. One free-standing shelf wasn’t glued down, and another was glued off-center, which I fortunately noticed before the glue hardened and I fixed it myself. The countertop wasn’t cleaned after the install — I had to run outside to stop the truck to get a big smear of caulk off the new countertop. Some poor measuring left two slabs a tad too short, and one a too long, so we will see if my range fits into its slot when the kitchen is done. Overall impression: look for another vendor.
