Ibc Bank

I am a small business owner and have had all my accounts at IBC in Sand Springs. For years. In the last couple of years or so, their rates and fees have steadily been on the increase, their customer service on the decrease and sporadically have been placing holds on our deposits. With no rhyme or reason and of course at the most inopportune time. When you call management to ask about it or for assistance, they take a number because the manager is rarely there or is unavailable. Of course they never call back. The turn over of people is high in my opinion which might be a sign of something.
For an individual, the bank may be OK. But for my small business, our next deposits will be going to a new institution (which is a lot of work as you probably know). hopefully one that is a little more customer focused.
