One of the most well run IHOP’s I’ve been to, which is saying a lot, as I spend a good amount of time on the road. I’ve been here a few times while in town and both the service and the food has been good. The manager even walked around doing table visits, which is a rare but important piece to running a good restaurant.

Needs a manager. I tried to call in an order but they wouldn’t answer the phone. So I drove up. When I asked if they were having phone trouble, they didn’t care. There was an argument about who had to take my order. No one wanted to. Finally a girl rolled her eyes and said«okay, but you have to use your card to sign me in to the register.» She took my order, calling me sweetie, baby, honey, darling with each sentence.(I’m a 65-year old man). She then had to get a new card swipe to let me pay. That took several minutes. The order was incomplete when I got it home.

I have been going here since they have open. The service is half the time good and half slow service. Today was one of day it was slow again. The place was not busy and it seem that they had the help to work the floor. I like IHOP and the hours they keep. But the food was over cooked. My chicken fry just had a spot of white gravy. Had to order more just to cover the fry. I hope they can get back on track

Save yourself and do not go here! Worst service ever! Food was average, but the hostess was unprofessional and argued with a customer. Just go anywhere else!

Worst Ihop ever. Came in at 10pm after a 6 hour drive and wanted a steak… Didn’t have one. So I got chicken and broccoli after I was told they had that and ordered an appetizer and 10 min later come and tell me they are out of broccoli. Worst Resturaunt experience ever.

Our experience was good and our waitress was super attentive. It’s just that we don’t like the food at IHOP. I was hoping for a good oatmeal but our waitress was honest and said it was just the Quaker instant oatmeal. Was really in the mood for some good steel cut oatmeal. So I had the bacon, eggs, sourdough toast, and hash browns. It was just ok. Everyone’s breakfast was just mediocre. I think we are just not big on IHOP in general, we just went there because it was a good meeting place to start our day before we went somewhere with our friends. Everything was just average. We will take a Waffle House over IHOP any day.

I’ve gone here several times since this place opened and my experience has ranged from bad to acceptable. I just got back from there. Firstly, as always, we walked in and waited a couple of minutes to be acknowledged because they NEVER have anyone to greet you. They always advertise that kids eat for free after 4:00PM, but just like every other time I can remember, we had to have them adjust the check because they always charge you anyway until you point it out to them. My mother-in-law got the roast beef meal and the portion sizes were laughable. We’re talking TV dinner level, and all for only $ 8.00! Then they give us a carafe of coffee with barely any Joe in it, which costs $ 2.29 per person. Don’t get me wrong, a good bottomless cup of coffee is worth that. But IHOP coffee is not. The wait staff is always mediocre at best, and tonight was no exception. Why do I keep coming back? I must blame my wife, who is pretty much always as disappointed as me, but insists on going anyway.

We are frequent diners at IHOP. We usually go to the one in Tulsa off of 31st& Memorial. We were heading to my daughters soccer game and decided to stop at the IHOP in Sand springs. That was a mistake. We were seated right away. We had a handful of waitresses walk by us and serve other tables. When the greeter seated more people, after we sat there for 15min, I asked her who our server was. She told me just one more minute. After another 5min another table was seated right by us. They was not seated no longer then 2 min when a server walked to them and started serving them. Mind you we were already sitting there for almost 20min waiting to be served. We were done. We needed to go due to my daughters soccer game. We will never come back to this location. I will never cheat on my normal spot. These waitresses and greeters need to be re trained.

Ahhhh Ihop! The land of so so food that happens to be one of the only places open late at night in Sand Springs. It’s pretty much like any other ihop. Decent food, nice servers but not the most attentive, and open 24⁄7. The 24⁄7 part is the best part! So, Ihop, there are a million other places I would rather eat, but when the night is winding down you’re always there for me.
