Hands down a 5 star rating from me. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We rented two trail style quads. They were in great condition and ran perfectly.
My sister and brother in law took me to the dunes for my birthday, and we had a blast!
Pros: Extremely friendly and fast service, excellently maintained/​newer equipment that ran flawlessly.
Cons: Somewhat tight corners on his driveway with little space to turn around at the top, but didn’t cause us any problems in a full size truck.
Overall, WONDERFUL experience. I would definitely rent from them again.

If you are going to rent ATVs or buggies for playing at Sand Lake, this is the place to go! The machines are all in great condition and Rick doesn’t skimp when it comes to helmets, goggles, and gloves. The helmets were high end, he even had a carbon fiber helmet… Sweet! We were a group of 10. Rented the RZR Polaris XP 4 900, 2 400 cc adult quads, and 2 250 cc quads. Rick set us up with helmets, goggles, and gloves. He was patient and very accommodating, giving us many options for helmets. I can’t say enough good things about this outfit. My friend rented from him a few years ago and he keeps going back. I will definitely be using Sandlake Tsunami ATV Rental for my future trips to Sand Lake. It was a blast!

First Unilocal review I’ve ever done. In fact, the business wasn’t listed here so I created the profile for it. Can’t recommend Sandlake Tsunami more highly for ATV rental. The whole experience is so much fun, located right near the dunes and Rick is awesome. We were complete beginners and he patiently showed us what to do. Had an amazing time. Highly recommend it.
