This is the worst DQ we’ve ever visited. There were 10+ employees and they all seemed to be more concerned about dancing around & joking with each other than providing customer service. Don’t get me wrong — they seemed to be nice young people — but the lack of management was apparent. Our order was wrong the first time, and it was still wrong when they tried to fix it, so we just left and ate what we had. I could go on, but you get it — just don’t go here.

Poor Service. Went through the drive thru and the boy who took our order was not customer friendly at all! Then another boy handed the ice cream out NEVERSAIDTHANKYOUNORDIDHESAYANYTHING! Unfortunately this isn’t the first time we had bad service at the drive thru. With Cedar Point owning this Dairy Queen we would expect better service than that.

Never really a great place to go. Went and ordered blizzards tonight and the chocolate ice cream machine was down. Also. When we got our ice creams they tasted funny, almost like when you let your pop sit in a take out cup too long it has that funny taste to it. That’s what this ice cream tasted like… gross. very disappointed.

Staff was fighting over being done serving food and they were still taking orders. The food was just bad, half ass put together. It told for ever to get our bad food. But while we waited we got a great show of staff playing and fighting. The almost hit my son with a cleaning cloth on his way to the bathroom. Poor all the way around.

This is the best place to go to after a long hard day at Cedar Point, but don’t get there to late after closing because the line is out the door. Sometimes the services can get slow when they are extremely busy, but if you just remind them they will bring it out. And hey DQ blizzards and Burgers are Great!

Who knew that DQ served breakfast. As part of a breakfast package from the Breakers Express hotel, I got free breakfast from DQ. So this review is just for the restaurant and it’s breakfasts. Surprisingly the breakfasts are not bad here. The ordering process works like many fast food places. Step up to the counter and place your order but instead of waiting to receive it at the counter, you get a number and they bring it out to you. I’ve had the breakfast burrito, the biscuit sandwich and the pancakes and the one that I liked the least was the pancakes. They looked like they were the microwavable kind and came with«syrup» made from high fructose corn syrup. Yuck! The restaurant itself is nicely situated with a booths and tables with chairs. And of course they serve ice cream here. I am sure the place gets busy after Cedar Point closes for the night.
