The customer service from both the office staff and technicians are second to none! We have used Just in Time numerous times for heat/a.c., plumbing and carpentry and have never been disappointed with any step in the process!!! GREAT family business. Wish I could give more then 5 !!!

This is the first time I used their plumbing services and they were great. I originally asked for a leak to be checked, but also ended up with a sink installation as well. Jeremy is great and quick.
The pricing and service were excellent. I recommend their Membership clubs if you own your home. Bundling services like Hvac and plumbing saves hundreds.

Matt did an incredibly thorough job in cleaning out our dryer vent. The run was over 20 feet, creating a fire hazard and reducing the efficiency of dryer. Mat reattached all duct-​work in a better fashion then it was and left the work area cleaner than it was. The price was very reasonable and exactly what we were told it would be.

Just In Time recently did an annual clean and check of my furnace. Matt was extremely thorough and explained the work he had done and provided information about the condition of the furnace. I believe he went out of his way to clean certain parts of the furnace that other companies might not make the same effort to clean. He was very professional. I was definitely satisfied with the service provided by this company.

Last year they came to quote me on installing a air conditioning unit. The man that arrived sat in his car for a while. When he finally came to my door and inside he had a strong odor of marijuana. It appeared he sat in his van and smoked it before he came in. Kinda scary when it was just me and my 12 month old. We did NOT end up using them for that reason. Very unprofessional.

My ac was accumulating ice on the line. Shut it down and called Just In Time. They had Jeff out here the next morning. Found the problem, replaced the parts, and answered all the questions I had to prevent this from happening again. He was very professional. Will do business with again.

Mike B arrived on time, was a true professional, and knocked out my A/​C issue in a timely fashion. His work was clean, quick, and he knew his stuff. He was also very informative when it came to explaining what the issue was, how he found it, and what he did to make sure it wouldn’t come back. I highly recommend Mike and the Just In Time crew for any and all HVAC needs.

I have used Just in Time twice now — once when my air went out on the hottest day of the year, and then again today when my furnace wasn’t working (it’s 16 degrees outside right now). Both times, Jeff came to my rescue. He is professional, thorough and on time. I also appreciated how the dispatcher was able to accommodate my schedule so I didn’t have to miss too much work. I’m a BIG fan and will continue to use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

These guys can’t be beat! They’ve been coming to my house for years for furnace cleanings and minor repairs. Always treated with the utmost professionalism and service. Never any pressure to join their monthly club or purchase upgrades that weren’t necessarily needed at the time. I appreciate the guys’ honesty when they tell me the true condition of my parts and that I would probably need to replace in a couple years, rather than a «fear» sell of why I need to replace now.

These guys are great. We recently bought a house had them come in and inspect two HVAC units and clean all the duct work. Pricing was very competitive with other quotes and they did great work. We’ve signed up for a maintenance agreement with them and they’ve been nothing but great.
