If I could give zero stars I would. I have been booked with Kimberly for my January 10^th 2016 wedding since March of this year. I have confirmed with her multiple times that she will be the one doing my makeup on the day of (which is very difficult to do, since she never answers emails and I have to send her multiples to get a response). Today, one week and one month to my wedding, she told me she will be in Costa Rica for the month of January. Completely unbelievable. I have asked for my deposit back and now will scramble to find someone else that is more professional. BRIDES BEWARE: stay far away from Kimberly Richard.

Inconsiderate and unprofessional. I had a gift certificate for a facial with Kimberly Richard and never got to have it… I took the afternoon off from work and was all excited, but the first frustration came when I didn’t know where to go. I remembered she said she would send me directions and that the location may be different from the reservation. She never sent me the directions so I tried calling two hours before the appointment. I found another address for her online so I went there first. No luck so then drove 20 minutes to the spa location. I called her two more times. I drove back to the first place, no sign on the house so I wasn’t even sure if it was right. Knocked on the door and Kimberly greeted me… «Oh I didn’t realize we had an appointment». I showed her my confirmation emails and she admitted she just made a mistake. Then she offered to rebook. She didn’t offer to do a quick facial right then or didn’t offer any additional services to make up for it. I can’t rebook because I don’t live near her. Really disappointed with how she handled her «mistake». It really hurt that I wasted all that time.

Kim! kim kim kim kim kim! — Was just the most delightful, wonderful, most amazing makeup artist a girl could ask for. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Kim and Erin McTygue (hair)… and they truly made an already special day that much better. Kim did a great job helping me figure out exactly what it was that I wanted and was totally patient and wonderful when i changed my mind! Her price is crazy low considering the amazing work that she does and the personal attention and care you get when she is with you… not only did she make me look and feel like a princess, she helped me calm my nerves and really helped me remember to breath. Amazing ! wonderful! professional! a god send.
