Sandwich Fireplace has been amazing throughout my search for the perfect grill. Abby was my point of contact and did an excellent job of providing info and quotes and then following up. I went with the Big Green Egg and am very glad I did. I made a huge personal blunder and Alan at Sandwich Fireplace has saved the day. He went above and beyond to get me back in action. I will be using these guys for everything from here on out.

We went to Sandwich Fireplace today at the suggestion of our chimney professional. I’m shocked to see the negative review of Dan. We worked with him and he spent easily 45 minutes with us answering our questions and was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We followed up with two phone calls asking questions and he came to the phone right away and answered our questions thoroughly and patiently. The store has beautiful products displayed very nicely. A very enjoyable experience overall. We haven’t purchased the stove yet, but we will and we will purchase from Sandwich Fireplace because the service so far has been that good.

Great products, horrible service. They do not listen and have zero sense of urgency. Alan the owner seems very nice and offers help, but Dan his sales rep can’t fight his way out of a paper bag. Too bad. It sucks when your employees just don’t care…
