I have only had take out from here, but it was decent. Talk about HUGE portions. I got the steamed dumplings that were on top of some baby greens and paired with a sweet and sour sauce. They were actually pretty excellent. I gobbled them up immediately. I also got the pad thai which was just ok, but HUGE. Topped with an over medium egg and had some little spring rolls cut in half around the perimeter of the dish. It came with a peanut sauce that I wish I had more of to drench everything in because it was so tasty. The restaurant itself was pretty dead on a Friday night, but you could tell there were some regulars hanging out at the bar. It’s actually a very nice restaurant on the inside. I’ll probably order something else from here again.

We live around the corner and love eating at TOA. The owner is always there and prepares much of the food himself. Always fresh, always delicious. From. the pad thai which is my favorite to the house steak and now Sushi!!! The sushi is awesome, this is a new addition to their menu, great price too! The staff is accommodating and this is a family friendly place as the owner has his family often there. The kids help dad out and it’s really a welcoming atmosphere… Ask the owner about specials and he always comes up with something amazing to satisfy any picky eater. A must try!

ABOMINATION is the only word I have for this food. We were starving at 9pm after making the trek to the Cape from Boston and passed Taste of Asia. «Sure, it should be fine» we thought. First off, a 7-year-old took our takeout order. Ok, maybe he was nine. Either way, is that even legal? Second, we tried to order crispy pad thai, which the pre-pubescent child had never heard of, but he put the order in anyway despite us saying we only want it if it’s the crispy pad thai. Third, after waiting TWENTYFIVE minutes — we paid the ridiculous $ 40 for chicken fingers, pad thai and house rice, and went home. Absolutely disgusting food. They gave us chicken tenders instead of chicken fingers(breaded and fried), the house rice looked like it was infested with some sort of bug and then finally, the pad thai had a flippin’ sunny-side-up egg sitting on a pile of mushy nasty noodles and was surrounded by what I can only imagine where snausages. How the hell does that cost $ 40? We ate a couple bites of the chicken tenders and gave the rest to the dog. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging that much money for such inedible«food». Maybe I’m spoiled because we have GOOD food in Boston but holy crud you need to make a meal that tastes half decent. GOODDAY.

Excellent food. The steak teriyaki appetizer has great quality meat. Drinks are great at the bar. The staff is friendly and the owner will come round to the tables and check with the diners. Taste of Asia is high quality food so if you want greasy american Chinese food go elsewhere.

Okay… I so wanted to love this place. Clean, nicely decorated, right outside Camp Edwards. Should have taken a cue from the fact that it was empty during the dinner hour. Checked out the menu on their site, and was disappointed to be handed a different one at the restaurant. So disappointed, in fact, that I asked the waiter about the item I had wanted to order, some beef phở. He said they still had it, but didn’t know why it wasn’t on the menu. Okay… Well, I will have that then. And it was good! Just fine. That pad Thai though! Ugh! My boyfriend ordered it, and this orange, ketchupy-tasting mess greeted our confused faces. When I tasted it, it was… Awful. Bland. I asked the waiter for hot pepper relish or chili sauce or something. He disappeared and returned 5 minutes later, confused about what I was asking for. «You mean like, red pepper flakes?» I said those would be fine if he couldn’t find anything else… but I was just as confused as he that, working in an Asian restaurant, he couldn’t produce anything spicier than dried red pepper flakes? Eventually, he returned triumphantly with some chili sauce and said he had to ask in the back about it, but alas! There was just no saving that pad Thai. It was… Horrendous. It wasn’t pad Thai. The only similarities were just the noodles and peanuts. Will not be returning if my business involves anything beyond soup.

Was so excited for good pad Thai, but what I got was subpar, at best. My plate was drenched in sauce, which probably would have been easy to deal with if the sauce was good. My husband’s dish was pretty good, but overall, the entire experience was not worth the price. The prices do not match the quality of the food at all, overpriced across the board. We were also the only table there and the wait for the food was disappointing. For what it’s worth, we thought maybe we caught them on a bad night, and tried two more times… the experiences we had the first time mirrored that of the other two.

My husband, two friends and I ate here on New Year’s Eve. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant because everything we ate was delicious from the spring rolls, to the phở soup, to our entrees.

A bit pricey, but we were surprised by how great the food was! Fresh spring rolls were a yummy, healthy, fresh app. The house special steak entrée was beyond good! So tender, cooked to perfection and so flavorful. Highly recommend it! We also got the pad Thai. Also good but didn’t wow us like the steak! I am always sad that the parking lot is so empty! This place deserves the business! Try it!

GETHERENOW! The food is fresh. Very fresh. I have passed this place many times, as many times as the name has changed. This time I noticed the name has stayed the same for about a year. Deciding to give it a try I was genuinely satisfied with everything here all around. Authentic Thai style asian food, large drinks and a super friendly staff round out this place as a perfect spot for really good food and pretty good drinks. The drinks are served large but could do with more booze and a bit less sweet mixers. The sauces have crumbled peanuts in it, but not too much peanut oil/sauce which is a staple of Thai style food. Not usually being a Peanut sauce fan, this restaurant balances this amazingly. A great compliment to the fresh rolls they serve; all styles spring, fried, rice, etc. The wrappings are fresh and the fillings are as well. The fillings are delicious as well with a great crunch where expected and a savory flavor otherwise. The steaks are treated with especial care also, marinated accordingly and bursting with amazing flavor. A personal favorite has become the Beef Teriyaki sticks with the Appetizer Special, which is 1 spring roll, 1 veggie roll and 2 finger egg rolls. And the Teriyaki beef is super fresh. I can tell from the taste and chew of the meat but I also have it on good authority from the manager that the meat is marinated for a day and a half just for the sticks. Overall a fantastic place that has been overlooked for way too long. Get here as soon as possible, this place needs your business ASAP. It surely has mine!

Surprisingly Good Asian restaurant and can consider a gem for the area. Food was flavorful and tasted fresh. We tried spring rolls, Phở soup, chicken drunk man noodles, green curry, and house special steak — we enjoyed all these dishes and specifically recommend the green curry(rich and well balanced flavor of sweet and spicy). The service was friendly and they accommodated us despite about to close. Only negative would be the décor is fairly bland.

The food was fresh was not very flavorful. Service was good. We got the Pad Thai and mango chicken. The mango chicken tasted like I cooked it on my grille. The pad Thai was not as good as at Khrua Thai in buzzards bay. And it was slightly pricey, most dinners were 16 to 18 dollars.

We had a great meal. The food is all made fresh, good variety of Vietnamese and Thai flavors, and the portions are great for the price. The owner is really nice, and he comes around to introduce himself and make sure everyone is satisfied. Very accommodating for gluten free as well. We had fresh rolls, phở, lemongrass chicken, and a rice pudding for dessert, all of which were a nice balance of flavors and overall delicious. We’ll definitely be back on a regular basis. This place is a hidden gem.

A couple of nice flavors that you won’t get elsewhere in the area… Kind of a limited menu. Fresh rolls were good… Nice peanut sauce accompaniment. Stir Fry was decent… Lemongrass steak had great flavor… Reminded me of Korean Kalbi ribs… Although our order of medium rare was definitely on the rare side. Friendly and accommodating staff. Just wish they had a bit more to choose from.
