Love this studio. The inside is well kept and inviting. They have plenty of spare mats, blocks, straps, etc. They offer both heated and regular classes. All of the teachers are fantastic — I particularly love Maura’s class on Thursdays at 6. The room can fit a cozy 20 – 25 people, but I’ve never seen anyone turned away when the room gets crowded. The new student deal(locals only) — $ 39/unlimited for a month, is one of the best deals I’ve seen. Walk-in rate is $ 18/class, which is a bit pricey, but you can bring that down with a class pass. The only thing I wish they had was a class later on Sunday mornings — but the demand in suburban Cape Cod is much different from the demand for city yoga classes — and the schedule definitely reflects this. However, that’s how all Cape studios run their schedules.

This yoga studio is a great option for beginners I started going about a month ago as a first timer and have now made it a twice a week event. Every instructor there seems very well trained and super helpful. Its a no judgement zone and is a perfect way to get started. Give it a shot. Easy to book online as well to avoid the nervous confusion of the walk in without a clue.

Each time I leave the studio I feel rejuvenated, peaceful and energized. Love the atmosphere and the instructors. They have plenty of different classes to accommodate all levels. Highly recommended. :)

While visiting my in-laws on the Cape, I found this yoga studio — it was a great place to practice! It was easy to reserve a spot and pay online. Seriously one of the best Vinayasa classes I have attended!

A lovely little studio that offers real yoga with well trained instructors. My fave summer yoga studio.
