Wow! It was interesting reading the other review from Antony. I had pretty much the exact same experience. I signed up with this company about 2 months ago. They were great when they came, but all of a sudden, they just stopped coming. I sent multiple emails and left multiethnic voicemails, but nobody ever even responded. I had to cancel my debit card because they had it in file for auto draft. I tried to reach them for over 3 weeks and no response at all. I had to hire another company to do our final service of the year. I also feel like I was lied to. I had Trugreen when I first signed up with this company, but I was told they also offered the same services. Maybe I should have paid better attention to the explanation of what they offered, but they made it sound like they did everything that Trugreen did. Then… I ALSO was told about this«dollar spot fungus» that I had, and was charged extra for them to take care of it. We also have more weeds now than we have had since we purchased our home 4 years ago. I’m not really sure what they were doing. Absolutely stay away from this company.

I’ve had Boost of Nature’s service for almost 2 years. They recently went through a change of ownership and expansion, which has led to a decline in their customer service. This year, we experienced a problem with dollar spot fungus. I would argue that this manifested due to the sporadic service we received last year. Anyway, someone came out to suggest treatment and recommended re-sodding the entire lawn, which would have costed us thousands. A week later, another person came out and suggested that we could treat with organic fungicide, but we would not see results until next spring. 2 weeks went by without a follow up. I sent 2 emails to customer service with no response. If you are paying for services, not seeing results and not getting a response back, what’s the point? I emailed twice to cancel my service. I finally received back a confirmation and just a «thanks for your business». No apology or interest in retaining me as a customer. I think this says something about what you can expect from this company.
