Lived here for 3 years and really liked the management and how they took care of problems promptly UNTIL I told them I won’t be renewing my lease. There was a complete change of how they communicated. All the pleasantness was gone !!
Just be ready for it. You will deal with the cattiness and arrogance about two months before your lease ends. You will be treated like you are no longer a resident. You will also pay for damages that are not your doing because the property is old and falling apart.

Unfortunately, I had to break my lease with Dunwoody Courtyards due to financial hardships. If not, my husband and I would still be there. I thought the rent was very reasonable for the area. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The location is totally convenient to lots of great shopping and dining. The building was very well maintained and the neighbors were mostly quiet. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a starter apartment in Sandy Springs.
