It’s your run of the mill delicious breakfast food. Our server was strong and the breakfast food was on point except for the old potatoes.

We ate here on a Thursday morning; it seemed a bit crowded, however we were seated quickly. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. The food was exceptionally good. We all left satisfied and happy! I will definitely come back to this place for breakfast.

Very good food, absolutely zero complaints there. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because every time I’ve gone, there seems to be a lot of people sitting around after they finish and that causes a long wait. BONUS: If you’re a UGA football fan or Steelers football fan — I’ve seen Hines Ward in this location twice and he’s always super nice!

First vist here was a solo mission and it was not too disappointing! Just because im alone doesn’t mean I want to be placed in the very back of the restaurant in a room by myself. Please ask before seating. The food was ok, my waiter was helpful and will likely return and tell friends. I ordered the Cinnamon Roll French Toast and it was great. Could have used more icing but I’ll just ask for more next time. The glass my milk came in was dirty which made me monitor all the glassware and utensils from now on.

Eggcellent! When we arrived we thought there would be a long wait due to all of the cars but we were seated quickly. Service was great. They were attentive and changed allowed me to substitute the potatoes and muffin for healthier options(fruit and yogurt). I got the bacado omelet(bacon-avocado). It was exceptional. My son(age 10) had the French toast special with strawberries, blueberries and bananas over it. He loved it and ate the whole thing. My wife had the traditional breakfast and said everything was fantastic. As far as atmosphere, it is kind of what I expected from a breakfast place, but it seemed a bit nicer than most. I give it 5 Stars on every aspect.

I’m so glad I made the trip to Egg Harbor Café! It was a fantastic breakfast. The wait wasn’t that long either for a Sunday. People were in and out quick here! They provided coffee and water while you waited. So great! Our server, Scott, was phenomenal. He made sure we were taken care of and never had to ask for refills. The food came out fast too. The homemade preserves were unbelievably good. The eggs(cage free) hit the spot! The harbor potatoes were so yummy! My boyfriend enjoyed his omelette that he ordered as well. He said it was the best omelette he had in a LONG time. That says A LOT. I hope to come back here whenever I’m in town. I really, really enjoyed my experience at Egg Harbor. Thank you, Scott!

You can find this location of Egg Harbor Café at 5920 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA30328 in the shopping center between Clifton and Hammond, sort of on the backbone of Whole Foods. Nearby is the excellent Bishoku Sushi and Chef Rob’s Caribbean Café and down a level towards the back is one of the few remaining Lefont Theaters. Parking gets filled early so if you’re coming for lunch you may want to arrive a bit before noon. As my dedicated readers know, I frequently travel with my friend Sid who is a vegetarian(well I guess technically an ovitarian as he eats eggs) so we’ll hit the various breakfast place that looks interesting. I had heard good things about Egg Harbor Café and thought that this would be a good candidate for lunch. We arrived about 11:30(I wake up very early so this is a late lunch for me) and arrived at Egg Harbor with an already full parking lot. Egg Harbor Café’s façade looks a bit barnish(or perhaps Hen-House-ish? Or maybe more like a farm house?) but the exterior belies the expansive interior. The main part of the atrium has tall ceilings with walls festooned with farmhouse and chicken/egg motifs. We only waited a couple of minutes before being seated and greeted by our server. I ordered some very good coffee served in custom mugs and started looking over the menu. When the server came by Sid ordered something basic(Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes and an English Muffin which he said was very good). I asked for some recommendations and went for a n Eggceptional Skillet Combo — «A smaller Eggceptional Skillet with your choice of two ingredients* and melted Jack and Cheddar cheeses, topped with one egg, any style. Served with a slice of Banana Bread French Toast and fresh fruit $ 9.99» My Sillet was the San Antonio Skillet«Some like it hot! Spicy chorizo sausage, diced bacon, fresh jalapeño, onion and vine-ripened tomato» covered by one egg, over-medium and of course I got the Banana Bread French Toast! I thought the food delicious and the French toast exceptional — I can basically eat this stuff all day. Service was extremely good with my coffee cup kept full and hot. So add this to the Flying Biscuit, J. Christopher’s and IHOP, all within about a mile of each other, as great breakfast-all-day options. Man I love Sandy Springs!

This has become my go-to to take friends in town for brunch. The skillets are large enough for me to take home leftovers and actually just as delicious reheated the next day. I love that they offer free coffee and water while you wait(there is always a wait). Parking can be a pain on the weekends but don’t let that deter you because your stomach will be happy once you get inside! They allow dogs on their outdoor patio which is really just tables set up in front of the restaurant be we appreciate being able to take our pups anywhere. They even have a menu for the dogs! Indoors can be a bit loud but the servers all seemed happy despite the chaos of how busy they always seem to be. Our food comes quickly in a party smaller than 4 too.

Simple and to the point. This is a simple and laid back place that serves pretty good breakfast. We arrived early missing the people who were leaving church. There was a variety of food that we ordered, you can check the pictures. The food came out right away and it was hot. The prices were reasonable as well. Would I go back? Sure if im staying OTP(outside the perimeter).

Smoked Salmon Benedict, what can I say? You must like salmon, eggs, English muffins and hollandaise sauce. Put those ingredients together and voila! Deliciousness!(Minus the tomatoes, I dislike tomatoes).

Came to Atlanta to visit Six Flags and wanted a quality breakfast to hold me over for a while. This place has many great reviews and I see why. The staff as friendly and the wait wasn’t long at all even though it was busy. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and was able to give suggestions right off the bat. I needed up choosing Sam’s Swedish pancakes. Those ligonberries were absolutely delicious. The entire meal felt home made and with fresh quality ingredients.

With flying biscuit across the street and no line you have to wait 20 – 30 minutes here. Why? Because it’s pretty near a perfect breakfast place. Super friendly and competent service. And our came out exactly as we asked ! Loved it.

I loved this place, Sunday afternoon it was packed and we waited some 30 mins! We hear that’s when it’s most busy, so I’d head out early on a Sunday. Ordered the San Antonio skillet — awesome! The Swiss rosti — I replaced bacon with mushrooms and was highly satisfied and we had the joeys healthy scrambler, which was good too. Dishes are not the regular spread, each has something unique. It comes light on the seasoning so you can add to taste. Sauces and seasoning on the table is definitely worth exploring. The salt and spice mix adds another dimension. A must go to place for brunch!

From Egg Harbor Café(from their website): «Egg Harbor Café’s gourmet breakfast and lunch creations include made-to-order egg specialties, scramblers, skillets, benedicts, omelettes, pancakes, crepes, roll-ups, sandwiches, soups, salads and more. Egg Harbor Café’s menu offers a wide selection of healthy options.» My ex and I were here for brunch. Selected based on the good reviews found here on Unilocal. There was a bit of a wait since this is a popular restaurant. The weather was nice so we hung out on a bench outside. My ex got an omelet. I did a make-your-own skillet. For any of the griddle items(pancakes, french toast, etc.), you can make it a combo for only $ 4 more. The combo includes a smaller portion of your favorite griddle item, served with two eggs, and a choice of bacon or sausage. The food is excellent. Serving sizes are good. They will give you a drink to go. Service is impeccable. I really need to make a return visit. I wish they were open later.

Pure indulgence!!! It was bustling with people on this Sunday morning. The wait was well over half an hour and worth every minute. Joe’s Healthy scrambler was light and flavorful. I substituted the onions with roasted peppers. The green and red hot sauce on the table added a wonderful dimension to the dish. There was also a very tasty salt mix. The Geneva rosti which was basically a bed of hash brown topped with whipped eggs, cheese and onion… and then baked. Super! We went on to order the san antonio skillet as well. Well worth the shot. The potatoes were super soft, well seasoned, topped with stir fried mushrooms, bacon, chorizo, eggs and cheese. All dishes come with English muffin and preserve. Will Definitely visit again with friends!!!

Came here for a Saturday brunch and was told a 20 – 30 minute wait for a party of 2 for outdoor seating. We were given those devices that lights up when our table was ready. Ordered: Egg combo skillet — sausage, mushroom, potatoes, over easy egg, fresh fruit, and banana bread french toast Supreme skillet — sausage, red and green peppers, potatoes, over easy eggs, and substituted the muffin with 2 mini-pancakes We loved both our skillets. The potatoes and eggs were done just right. The french toast side in the egg combo skillet was just alright. The mini-pancakes side in the supreme skillet were fluffy despite the sheer thinness of them, and they were the lightest pancakes we’ve ever eaten. We also got the Intelligentsia brand coffee, which we drank black and it was very good too. I love Egg Harbor Café’s coffee mugs; very cute and fat. We were able to get 3 cups of it total for $ 2.49 since we could take out the remaining that we couldn’t finish during our stay. This was the first time we were able to take out our breakfast coffee to go that we couldn’t finish; this place knows how to appreciate nice coffee from Intelligentsia. We found out later that there’s a closer location in Buckhead, which has a line too, but not as long of a wait as this location does.

I have been here with wife and/or kids on about a dozen occasions. We often find ourselves in need of a breakfast place when in town for the weekend. Egg Harbor can get busy on a Saturday morning, or Sunday around 9:30 — 10:00, but we have never had to wait more than ten minutes. Great coffee, all the breakfast standards plus some skillets and more creative offerings, and several kiddie selections. Friendly, responsive staff. This time, I got the Bacado omelet(bacon, avocado, Monterey Jack, salsa), the boss lady got a Pumpkin Bread French Toast from the specials menu(it was great without syrup) and we shared. The kids split a Breakfast of Champions with colorful chocolate bits in the pancakes, bacon, sausage, and egg. They do lunch, too. Prices are reasonable. No sass from the staff, they have enough groups with kids that ours were not the loudest, but not so many that those lucky folks without offspring would shy away.

I stopped in here on a busy Veteran’s Day morning for breakfast(because I was literally breaking a medical fast). Anyway-since I was by myself, I was seated very quickly and my order was taken even more quickly. I had the strawberry-orange juice, which was really good. Literally after taking one sip of the orange juice, my food came out! I had the banana bread french toast and a side of bacon. It was very good. Food was hot and fresh, and my bacon was crispy just the way I requested it. Overall, my experience was positive, and I will visit again.

Came here for my birthday brunch. I wanted to call ahead to make reservations, but they don’t do reservations. I was worried that the wait would be really long for my party of 10, but it wasn’t too bad. Other than that, they were super nice. Menu is huge with a lot of tempting options. I had the eggs benedict with spinach and it was good. The potatoes could have been better. The strawberry orange juice is really good. It can get busy, so try to get there early as the parking lot is insane.

Deliciousness on a plate! I’ve read many reviews on expecting a long wait and my experience was made even better when I walked in at 1:30pm on a Sunday party of 2 and to my surprise was immediately sat in a booth by a window :) Service was great, I had to try the infamous lobster scramble and it did not disappoint! Pancakes melted in my mouth. The fresh squeezed signature Strawberry OJ was o-Kay. I could’ve went without it… But the fresh lemon infused water ready on the table was a nice plus. Little details are everything. Il definitely be back! Great breakfast spot :)

This is our absolute favorite breakfast spot. After several visits, I can say that EHC consistently delivers fantastic food and great service. None of our local or out of town guests have ever been disappointed. On the weekends, there is always about a 30 minute wait. It is worth the wait. The food always comes out quickly. The servers are always courteous and attentive. They have a very extensive breakfast menu that has something for most everyone. There is always special menu items offered. Most recently, I have the lobster scrambler. I don’t really care for lobster. But the idea of lobster with eggs sounded interesting. The combination of the lobster meat, cream cheese and hollandaise works so well together. This dish is now my favorite EHC breakfast.

Decided to try this place out since it’s right by my job and I didn’t want fast food for breakfast. I ordered a lobster scramble to go and honestly was unimpressed. It was literally a where’s Waldo to find the lobster in my scramble, I did taste imitation crab meat in the scrabble and didn’t like it. Not sure if sweet and warm imitation crab meat should be put in with the scramble. All lobster or nothing :(I did substitute my English muffin for pancakes which were yummy and I really enjoyed the strawberry orange juice. I’m a sucker for good breakfast and not sure this place will be on my radar again unless I’m craving strawberry orange juice.

If you have the time to wait, it’s well worth it. This is a real great place for breakfast! Literally everything on the menu is good with service to match. We ordered the Popeye Crêpe and a Belgium waffle combo with scrambled eggs and bacon(came out perfectly crispy). Will definitely come back again if we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

Food was luke-warm. Food came out surprisingly quick; compared to the volume of customers coming in. The menu selections are first-rate for breakfast. However, the food is hit or miss. I go there about 2 – 3 times a month-wife has a preg. dctr 2 mi down the street. This most recent visit was one of the misses. My wife and I felt like the food was sitting under the heater for a while. The reason is b/c the temp of our meals were luke-warm at best. The scrambled eggs were a bit warmer than the grits. The eggs had that flaky look & texture that you get when its been sitting out. My wife works in the food industry, so, complaining is out of the equation for me.

We were wrapping up an anniversary overnight and picked this restaurant for its expansive gluten free menu. Hands down this was an awesome breakfast! My husband enjoyed his GF cinnamon roll with thick cut a bacon while our server helped me manage my indecision between two meals. She worked it out for me to have both the delicious, creamy oatmeal with fuji apples, cranberries, and brown sugar as well as one half of the Farmer’s Benedict. It was a match made in heaven, though next time I would go with the traditional benedict only because I was missing the salt of a little breakfast meat. The service was prompt and friendly, though I would recommend getting their early because it was getting pretty busy near 830. We will definitely be back!

Average Breakfast at an Average Price. Reminded me of Shoney’s. This place is huge and has a noise level to match. Don’t go thinking you’ll have a nice quiet breakfast. I got the Garden Omelet — 3 eggs, fresh mushrooms, spinach and diced tomatoes– which was good but it came with a small portion of cold Hash Browns and an un-toasted English Muffin — who doesn’t toast English Muffins? On the plus side-our waitress was great.
