They are ok in general, but hammering noise from other apartments can get you, I guess they do a lot of renovations recently. Getting a descent parking spot could be easier. Just my five cents

Terrible staff management. Read the «fine print» in the contracts. They will take advantage of their residents whenever possible.

As someone who does social media for a living, I must say, as a general rule, most of reviewers are going to be the naysayers and the previous reviewers are no exception to the rule. A 2-star rating may look bad, but considering that’s from 3 negative reviews in a high rise building of 30+ floors puts it in an entirely different perspective. I lived in Park Towers 5 years ago and didn’t consider anywhere else when we decided to relocate closer to the city. Having lived here before, I was concerned about parking. I’ve been delighted at how responsive and helpful the management office has been to those concerns. I love my gorgeously renovated unit. I feel like I live on vacation. You can’t beat the location. It’s so convenient to all my favorites in the Atlanta area. Overall, I’m ecstatic we decided to move back here.

Parking situation got to the point of unbearable. Residents’ parking spots are being taken and nearby hotel refuses parking now. Avoid this place like the plague.
