Great place to sale your babies clothes. They are picky and won’t buy certain brands but when I leave I always have a couple bucks more than when I walked in. I can say that some of the females that work there act as if they don’t see you there waiting to check out sometimes but the two guys that work there are the best and they seem to give more money for items. This could be just a coincidence though.

Had a pretty good experience. Always happy to find good quality items at a low price. I do about 60% of my kids shopping here now. Have consigned there twice, the first experience wasn’t so great, but I didn’t really know the process. I brought a lot of items folded up in bags. They gave me the tip to next time have everything laid out flat so it wouldn’t be wrinkled and grouped together in outfits. The next time I had much better luck. My only qualm would be that the second time around I brought in some almost brand-new Ralph Lauren shirts, and they did not take them. Mine were in better condition than some on the racks. But, I did get a good bit for the items that I brought in. So, all in all, I would recommend.

The first time I sold clothes here was great, but the last time was the last time I will be selling or buying anything from this store. I am 20 weeks pregnant and we are moving soon so I brought in a large bin to sell. I brought my large bin in with my three year old. I was told it would be 40 minutes. My daughter and I hung out in the store. After an hour I asked about my clothes. The girl said they actually were passing on everything because it smelled like the clothes had been in storage. They had! I went home washed all the clothes(which took several hours). The next day I went back. They accepted only about 10 things and said they didn’t accept newborn clothing because they have too much. If I would have known that I would not have gone through all the trouble of washing and folding and carrying the large bin while pregnant again. It was a very frustrating experience and they did not care in the least bit. I will not be shopping or selling here anymore. This is not a righteous place. After reading others reviews I definitely will not be coming back.

This review is strictly from the perspective of a seller. I have consigned at this location twice, and I will never do so again. The employees are rude and act like they are doing you a favor to let you consign your stuff. Plus, they give you very little money for your items. If you are thinking about consigning here I would say don’t bother! I was very diappointed both times I consigned here. I gave a second chance and wish I had gone elsewhere.

Their selection is subpar. Frankly, I think their over priced. $ 3.50 for a used onesie? I could buy brand new at Walmart for that price. The shoes were in crappy shape. Overall was not pleased. Won’t be going back.

This is a great place to shop for discounted priced items for your little one. I seem to find everything that I need and I love that the store is nice and clean. The reason I only give it three stars is because of their customer service, or lack there of. This store seems to hire very young girls who are more interested in what they are talking about to each other rather than help a customer. On several occasions, I’ve had to wait for them to finish their personal conversation before I could get help. Also, it would be nice if they assisted some of the mothers who are bringing big items to sell, who also have a little ones with them. Maybe put a cart outside to help haul the load? I personally have helped a few mothers who had a child in a car seat in one hand, struggling to carry in stuff to sell in the other. Work on your service. Greet customers when they walk in the door. Ask. if there is anything you can help a customer with. Be on the lookout for ladies who need help bring stuff inside.

Please note– this review is based entirely from a «sellers» standpoint and is specific to this location. I love long been a fan of these stores and have had luck buying uniform bottoms, hair bows, etc. I have sold here twice. This most recent experience will be my last. I came in early — before 10am and it was so quiet. There is a gentleman who runs the show here. He told me 20 min. I left and came back 45 min later and proceeded to wait for another 30 – 40 minutes for them to complete the transaction. I consider my time valuable and this gentleman certainly doesn’t agree. Now for the kicker — as I was roaming the store waiting for them to finish, the girl working on my bin was entering the«yes» items In the computer asked him why they didn’t have UGG brand in the system? I brought in a very gently used pair of the ugg slippers. Without hesitation he says to the girl«doesn’t matter — those aren’t real». Ok — for starters the shoes were most certainly real. Bought at nordstrom. I pointed that out to him and he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t see a «watermark». There is no watermark. Being in the shoe and clothing business — you should know that there are tell take signs to spot a fake. The sole, the stitching, the fur, the sewn in label, the r in a circle on the bottom and so on. I brought up the ugg website and had him educate himself on the brand and how to best not piss off a customer putting money in his pocket. I took offense to his comment which was followed by a very aggressive manner and tone after I brought his inaccuracy to his attention. And of course — like many people have stated — they quote ridiculously low prices. Do not bring stuff in here if you care about it or it’s designer. You won’t get a red cent for it. Bring in target, justice, etc. and only bring stuff in if you are ok walking out with less than $ 40 for $ 1000 worth of clothing. The manager or owner(unsure) is rude, ignorant and belligerent. Sorry but you don’t get anymore of my $$$$ sir.

I actually fell in love love with this place it very clean and the people are friendly. You don’t overly spend on baby things that you’ll only use for a few months. Prices are great, you can sell your baby stuff and buy more things you need. I highly recommend this place

Yay! Now I don’t have to drive to Kennesaw for great used kids clothes & stuff! The owner is very friendly and helpful. I find some amazing clothing here for practically nothing! They have great sales, the store has a very nice atmosphere… Sometimes I find that the gear(like strollers for example) are higher priced than they should be considering their condition, but they have some toys and books that are great bargains. This store is an absolute staple for us!

I’m glad to finally have a kids consignment store so close to me, since my best friend(who lives in a different state) always raves about the deals she can find on consignment. This OUAC is bright, clean, and very well organized. I was there around lunch time on a Saturday, and everything was still nicely hung and organized. I appreciated the decently large selection of boys clothes, since I’m used to seeing 3x as much for girls as for boys. They’ve got a whole wall of onesies, $ 10 for 10 short sleeve or $ 17 for 10 long sleeve — though you do have to purchase all 10 to get the discount. They had several pack n plays, strollers, and tons of jumpers, seemingly atop every aisle. Shoes were in bins by size and gender at the back. I’m looking forward to trying to consign some of our stuff when baby #2 outgrows it. They had 3 employees working the large counter area behind the cash register, presumably going through merchandise. They posted a lot of specials on the white boards at the front, and they gave me a $ 5 off $ 25 for the month of February when I checked out. The parking lot was quite full, but most of those folks must have been at the restaurants and kid gyms at the other ends because there were only 2 – 3 other shoppers in OUAC while I was there. I’ll be back!
