Love coming to this place for a trim at reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter’s hair was very damaged a few months ago and now they have helped it become much healthier.

This review is directed at Supercuts as a company more than it is at any particular location or employee. I just moved to Sandy Springs from Kennesaw and had a «12th Haircut Free» card that I got at the Kennesaw location. I had been using it consistently and was only a couple of haircuts away from a free one. I was told that I could not use the card for a free haircut at this location, because of only franchised or non-franchised stores(I don’t remember which) being able to take it. They did say that they could sign the card to verify that I had my hair cut there, but they cannot accept it to give me the free one. Sorry, but that it just poor customer service; I should not have to go across town to use my free haircut card. I have worked in retail before, so I know how it goes, and you have to take coupons in situations like that. Also… I stopped going to the Kennesaw location after an incident that I had there. I had come in for a haircut, there were two stylists working, they both had customers at the time, but one took my name and said that it would be «a few minutes.» After only 5 – 10 minutes one of the stylists finished and was checking out the customer, so I thought that I would be next since I was never told anyone was ahead of me and there was no one else waiting. As she was processing that customer’s transaction a guy walked in and I thought that I heard him softly say to the stylist as he came through the door something along the lines of «front of the line?» After the stylist was done checking out the customer who was there before she told the guy who had just walked in to «come on back,» and they both turned to me and asked me «is that okay?» Seriously, why in the world would you ask a customer that question without telling them why you will be letting someone else go ahead of them?! I don’t think that he had made an appointment ahead of time, as it appeared that he and the stylist just knew each other, but without explaining the situation to me I could not be sure what the reason was. I just replied«sure…you go right ahead,» and promptly walked out. They both said to me «no…no…you go ahead. Really, go ahead» as I was walking out. Thanks, I am glad that I have your permission, but there is no way that I am staying and giving you my business after that happens. I was not going to return to the Kennesaw location, but I did not want to stop going to all Supercuts because of one bad incident after I had had some good ones. I did submit a complaint to the Supercuts website, and the manager of that store promptly emailed me, apologized, and offered me two free haircuts, but I was still not going to go back to that location. I was also about to move, which led to the experience at the Sandy Springs store. Now, I am done with Supercuts for good. I will still be generous and give them two stars, since some of the stylists who cut my hair were friendly. However, it is obvious that Supercuts does not care about delivering superb customer service or being professional, so my business will go to Great Clips.

I walked in to get my hair cut and no one was in the actual salon. I stood there for about 2 minutes and no one come to the front. So I left, when I’m sitting in my car one of the ladies walks out and says she’s ready. Haha. No.

I’ve had quite a few haircuts here. The stylist have always been friendly. They are usually busy, so making an appointment is a good idea to avoid a wait, even then the wait isn’t too long. It’s also a corporate location.
