The Falls At Sandy Springs

I am writing this review as I currently (unfortunately) live here. This has been a horrible experience moving here, to say the least. I will try not to go into too much detail but arriving home from work with a notice on my door (same around the entire complex) that my car needed to be moved by 8am for new asphalt or will be «towed at my expense» was beyond insane. There was no other location to even move my vehicle that was within 3 blocks of my building. And I am receiving this notice at 3am, not before I left my unit at 5pm for work, and told my car will be towed at 8am? With no onsite security? Brilliant. The management here is a joke. They didn’t hire someone to repave the parking lot last night, how do you do that to your residents? What if I was out of town or didn’t arrive home by 8am? My vehicle would have been towed, at my expense from my residence, with no notice? Insane.
The only reason I chose this place was that I had a short time to move and it seemed like a good location and had the basic amenities. No amenity in their ads actually exists. The gate has never operated since I moved here, for example. Maintenance is scarce (I’ve had a busted door frame/​no kitchen light/​broke microwave since I moved in), but when they do come (such as when my apartment flooded the second week) they do not knock, in fact they will even come in the morning and invite their friends to eat breakfast on my dining room table. I wish I was kidding.
I can not wait to leave this place and feel completely uncomfortable and unsafe here (as I’m writing this and the jackhammers are roaring in the background, and a homeless man who must have walked thru our nonexistent gate and nonexistent security is sitting outside my door on the steps going thru my trash. He just told me he likes my beer choice so I must not have finished many last week).
Such a prime location and spacious apartment– wish I could enjoy it but it’s been a nightmare living here.

So they fixing a gate now. Really, just like parkin stickers. So had enough of this idiots trying pull another way to make Quick buck. Please do not rent here so yourself headaches and money.

I’ve lived in these apartments for 7 years. Recently there has been a change of managers. The current manager, Markita, started applying rules to limit the amount of cars per apartment. I have a two bedroom apartment how ever they don’t allow me to have two cars in the parking lot. This has become a problem not just for muskeg and family, but also for the whole neighborhood. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments at all. I repeat. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to ANYONE. I have uploaded a picture of what these people have done to my truck. If I could I would give these apartments 0 stars.

The staff at the falls are excellent especially the property mgr. The New maintenance super visor is great
