What a frustrating experience. In the world I live in it is never acceptable to raise your voice to a customer — under any circumstances. While trying to communicate the needs of my order, the owner literally yelled at me and called me names. I never lost my temper or yelled back, I simply was insistent on what I needed. If my small order wasn’t big enough to be customized to my needs or if it wasn’t big enough to meet the scale of their economy, she could have just politely told me that rather than being belligerent and rude. If you have a HUGE order this company may be great for you, but I personally would never give my business to someone who has so little understanding of customer service.

Summary: Higher prices, worse quality, small minded management. Avoid at all costs. I was trying to support local business vs going with national firms, but unfortunately the business thinks small like many Utah companies do – they can’t compete to save their life. Stacy Felts is the owner of the company. She has a very poor understanding of operations, cost structure of her business, and isn’t able to adapt to fit customer needs. She was literally YELLING at me on the phone b/c I wanted to specify which shirts needed logos and which didn’t. She told me she didn’t want to work for small companies b/c we were not worth her time, especially if we wanted to customize something to fit our needs. After she yelled at me, she tried to charge me $ 90 more for less work. Needless to say, I wont be going back.
