Oh my gosh, so bad. I went in and there was a TV blaring with the sounds of machine guns. An older gentleman was sitting on the couch watching the TV, oblivious to the world. After standing there hoping an employee would appear, I decided to ask the man on the couch what was up. I said hello to him several times before he heard me… Turns out, he WAS the employee. And is deaf in one ear. And didn’t hear me. And it was my fault he didn’t hear me. Anyway, I said I just needed emissions testing. He said it was $ 45… WAY overpriced. Needless to say, I left and immediately got on Unilocal to leave this one star review.
