I purchased a home through Axiom and was very pleased with the entire process. I shopped around the fees and found them to be competitive but the rate was also lower. The service was very good and I felt they explained all the fees, the process and took time to answer all my questions. I worked with Jeremy at the Sandy Office. Not sure he is the same Jeremy as the Midvale office that Ann M. spoke of but I would be surprised if it was him as he was very professional and took the time to make sure I was informed with everything and felt comfortable with my payment on the new home I was purchasing.

When I had a concern about a loan office, David Bath, using unethical business practices, I called and talked to the manager, Jeremy, of the Midvale location who wouldn’t address my concerns and then was informed later that the two of them had laughed at my call. This tells me that the company takes risks, doesn’t abide by Utah code of ethics and RE guidelines as well as not being concerned about their customers.
