Firestone Complete Auto Care

I drive past 5 other repair shops to get here. They have always been fair with me. They don’t recommend extra stuff just to make a buck. Give good thorough evaluations without charging up the wall for them. I will keep taking my cars here for everything. Highly recommend.

Quick, friendly service. They recommended a couple services for my car but were not super pushy about it like a lot of other car service places are.

Went in to get my oil changed, and as someone who would believe it when told to change my flux capacitor, it could have been bad. But the store manager Dale made short work of a list of things that would help my beloved convertible get through the summer :) While keeping a line of customers happy, and answering the phone. I work in the customer service industry myself, and I know what it takes to juggle. Thanks also to Nick out in the shop. You guys know your stuff!!!

Bought 4 bridge stones year and half ago paying extra for road hazard. 20,000 miles on tire. It had a screw in tire and could not be repaired, they don’t carry that tire anymore so had to settle for an inferior tire and they charged me $ 75! What the heck was they warranty for? Tire had screw so i got screwed. Beware

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SAFETY/​EMISSIONS! EXTREMELY STRICT.
I chose this place because I had a coupon (famous last words). First time I went down and turns out that their emissions guy is off on Thursdays so I had to come back the next day. They failed me on a number of problems that other mechanics later told me were fine: Told me I had a gas leak in my system but couldn’t tell me where, just that it smelled. They told me my engine mount was bad and it was fine. They told me my wheel was slightly bent??? They failed me for not having a part that didn’t even originally come on that model. They inspected my car for nearly an hour! All of these things have passed three other inspections before and after.

Is there anything more aggravating than car problems? I submit to you that there is not. So when I was minding my own business and the right rear tire is flat in the morning I was peeved. Perturbed.
After pumping the sucker back up we started our merry two-​car caravan to Firestone to see what the story was. I always feel like I’m rolling the dice when it comes to dropping a car off. You might come up a winner, or you might get the phone call you’ve been dreading where you don’t understand a word they say except that in the end you’ll owe them $ 2700 and a pint of blood.
Today there would be no bloodshed, but the mighty mechanics did say it was time to buy four freshies. I feel like this Firestone has always been about middle of the road when it comes to price, but I do appreciate them being speedy about it. We dropped it off at 3 and got the call that they were ready by about 4:30. Surely it’s not always this zippy, but they’re usually faster than other places I go.
Unlike other chain places, I don’t usually get a lot of upsell here. For the most part they’re pretty straight forward about recommending services and letting you know about things they recommend you do soon. We got a quote today for a few items but no pressure to do them today.
I also like their location. It’s right off of the 90^th South exit on I-​15, so you can drop it and go anywhere you’d like and be back real snappy-​like.
