Anyone who helps straighten a crooked pair when I’m shopping for a new pair is AMAZING in my book, especially when they didn’t even pressure me to buy the pair I was looking at.

I needed a simple repair. They had me wait. It took 10 – 15 minutes. It was a weekday. It was within20 minutes of their closing. It was gratis. Pro bono. Free.
Just like that.
Yeah, I’ll be back with my cheap Caterpillar brand America’s Best frames for future repairs. When the frames I’m using can no longer be repaired, I’ll replace them here.
I’m pretty sure you can’t go wrong with these people.

I have purchased many prescription glasses, sunglasses, non prescription sunglasses and contacts from Frameworks and have always had an amazing experience. The staff are very knowledgeable about the frames that they have an can help pick frames that would make anyone look amazing. Their turn around time is quick so you do not have to wait long to enjoy your new eye accessories. The entire staff has always been kind and helpful and will remedy any issue that you have. I would (and do) highly recommend Frameworks to everyone i know.

I travel from Sugar House to get my glasses here. They have a good selection of frames but most important they send them to NYC to get the lens I like (glass bifocal tinted). No one else in town will do that. Reasonable prices. Very friendly Staff. Free glass cleanser for life for your glasses! Great service. Easy to get to, good parking.

I had a little flex spending left over that I needed to dispose of — Frameworks to the rescue!
I first became acquainted with Frameworks a few years ago when I was invited to their «Sunglass Soirée.» They have them periodically, host customers, and vendors who bring their lines to the store and help fit the right frame to your face shape, and get special pricing. Top brands, food, fun. Loved it and got an amazing deal on a pair of Kate Spades out of the soirée.
I’m fairly particular when it comes to frames. I realize it may seem snobbish, but if I have to wear the same glasses everyday I want to really like what I’m getting. Frameworks has an amazing collection of designer frames — Prada, Oliver Peoples, Paul Smith, Tory Burch, and more.
Great customer service. Employees are honest about what looks good and what does not if you want their opinion. They also know how to leave you alone if you don’t like being bothered when looking.
