The staff is amazing! They’re knowledgeable, trustworthy, generous, and thorough. I had a yoke string break recently, it was replaced by another shop — improperly! When I couldn’t get my bow sighted back in I went to Full Draw. They did the repair properly, helped me sight it back in & recalibrated my pins. Really amazing service!

Really happy with the help I’ve received from the guys there. Especially Derek. He went way out of his way to help me get my bow set up. He helped me tune it spot on and worked with me on form as well. All I was buying that day was some arrows and a peep. He helped me get the bow ready for the line in no time. The entire group I have worked with there has been great. I hate to see them dropping the Prime line, but aside from bow purchases I will happily go there for anything.

I tried them out last season because I needed some new arrows and a new sight tape an they’re very close to where I live. It’s a smaller shop with a few bows, accessories and a nice 20 yd range. Picking out my arrows was easy and I returned the next day to get them and my sight tape. One worker was on a personal call on the floor while I waited in front of him. He apologized at the end but after 3 mins of waiting, I was pretty upset. Both guys working talked down to me and made off comment remarks about me being a last minute irresponsible hunter and that’s why they’re so busy. I asked about other merchandise only to be met with other demeaning responses meant to get me out of there quickly. I left quickly and won’t be back. It made me wonder if customer service is dead. If you want to go to a place where the workers may grace you with their service if you’re a regular go here. Seems to me that they’d rather be playing on the job then actually working. The owner was there on my first trip in and I had no problems that day.

I have been here a few times to get my bow worked on, and purchase a few things. I have spent several hundred dollars here. I will not be back. I came in recently and the employees act like they don’t want anyone coming in, and cant wait to get home. Customer service needs work. I was liking this shop the first couple times I came in. I am preparing to purchase a new bow, I will now go elsewhere.

I planned a date here for my two best friends, who just happen to be dating, as a thank you for helping me with my baptism. I messaged Full Draw on Facebook and from the comfort of my cell phone, the lovely person who manages their Facebook page helped me reserve a time for my two friends to come in for a quick archery lesson and an hour of practice(a fun date for only $ 19 through a deal from Groupon!) They were so nice! They answered all my questions promptly, and mind you, I was messaging them on a Sunday, which is kind of taboo in Utah. Anyway, they were still willing to help me, even though they were technically closed, which I find pretty dang incredible. This really showed me that they care about their customers. I’m debating on whether or not I’ll come in one day; I don’t mind supporting small local businesses like these because they totally deserve all the support and more.

Full Draw Archery has been open about 7 months now. They have a nice indoor archery range with about 10 shooting lanes, high ceilings, and good lighting. On Tuesday nights they have a 3D league with a full selection of animal statues. Full Draw Archery also has a small pro shop with bows, arrows and other equipment. While they seem to cater primarily to hunters and compound bow shooters, they are also friendly to recurve shooters. One compliant is the range can be a little noisy when it gets busy but overall Full Draw Archery is a great place for archery.
