I went in Sunday and saw Dr Steinworth for what I thought was possible strep or sinus infection. I am not sure if she failed to listen to the symptoms but Tuesday am I was way worse. I don’t mind them getting it wrong but I sure hate having to pay for it. Don’t know how to complain enough so I don’t have to pay for shoddy work. Wen th back Tuesday lunch, saw a real doctor and 6 hours later starting to feel better. So I would ask who your seeing first. If it’s Steinworth run

Horrible place they care nothing about how a person feels they have horrible patient care and treated me like a factory assembly line and little to no empathy to how I feel

Unfortunately I’ve had to come to this instacare a few times recently, but the doctors and staff work hard to make it a little more bearable to be there. Everyone was friendly and professional and tried to get you in and out as quickly as possible but without making you feel rushed. The doctor made sure my needs were taken care of and did a good job of explaining things to me. One thing that I didn’t know about before is that you can call ahead(like you would for reservations at a restaurant) and they’ll put your name on a list and give you a wait time. I will definitely try this for next time so I don’t have to wait as long in the office.

Everyone was friendly, skilled and efficient. From the receptionists to the nurses to the xray technician to the doctors, they were all wonderful. They x-rayed my ankle and turns out I broke my fibula and tore ligaments, and the whole team was so attentive and sensitive to my needs and pain. Dr. Savoldi was very informative, caring and also funny. Highly recommend this instacare for the best care at an affordable price.
