Heather Michet at Iris Healing Arts is a wealth of knowledge. She sells a product called Fresh Air Fare & it is amazing!
Since discovering Fresh Air Fare a few years ago, it has been all over the US with me as well as to Fiji and Barbados. I never travel without it! I also use it when I head out for a run and even when I’m snowmobiling. It’s been a fantastic tool to help clear my sinuses, relieve headaches and also ease sore throat pain. I keep them in my purse, on my desk and nightstand. I love Fresh Air Fare!

Heather Michet at Iris Healing Arts helped me get better when I had a gnarly cold like nobody’s business. She created a custom blend of aromatherapy and talked me through how to use it. Within two applications of the blend, I felt 99% better. Way better than Nyquil could do for me.
She also has other products like Fresh Air Fare and some spray mists that are pretty great too.
I would totally recommend her.
