The owner of this place is the friendliest, nicest guy. If it’s slow, it’s because he is only one person, but we don’t mind and have never really had to wait. My buddy and I stop to fill the RV and Propane here and he always remembers us. I bought a deli sandwich from here too, made fresh daily and it was as good as home made. We make it a point to stop here for beer and misc. stuff.

Holy kittens people, gas up when you start up to Mt. Hood area. The locals who tend to let their cars run down to the red line, cough cough, won’t mention names here, will tell you that this place can be slow and more expensive on gas than you deserve to pay for your gas amnesia. I have seen this place go through many changes over the years and I get just enough gas to get me back to Sandy where there are fields and fields of gas stations to pick from, the ones I raced past to get home, only to be stuck paying a minimum of ten cents more a gallon for my glorious procrastination. Just a couple of months ago it was so bad here, to wait for them to come pump your gas. I was chancing the run back to Sandy instead of waiting on them to decide how long it would be to come outside. You could honk the horn, go in, wave your arms, do the I am outta gas dance and you would not get them out to pump the gas, especially, if one single person needed help in the store. I then heard a rumor that the woman retired and another guy had it, and it just happened to be the rudest guy that worked for her, but somehow he must have gotten a clue about customer service and is pretty motivated now when you come in. I have been in a few times since and service was okay. Also, they don’t stay open late up here, I have been told they close about 7pm most nights. There is another gas station up here by Thriftway, but it has the same, price reflection of being so far from town.
