Dr. Potter is one of the nicest doctors I’ve had. Unfortunately he got stuck with very rude, and awful staff, any time I’ve called, the receptionist has been very rude and has spoken down to me multiple times. The nurse I spoke to just moments ago was also very rude to me. The way I see it, you don’t like your job? quit. If you work in customer service you get to plaster a nice big smile on your face with the happiest attitude you can muster, other wise do everyone a favor and get a job where you don’t have to interact with anyone.
