Found an rc plane, for beginner flyers for $ 30 cheaper than another place I had bought it. I can’t tell my husband where I went because he’ll know what I got him, :) but after Christmas I’ll definitely tell him. I’m sure he’ll be a regular. Lots of fun stuff. Friendly service.

I don’t know how you other customers got your item so quickly. I ordered 4 tires from RC planet on 7÷13÷15 they told me I would not get the items shipped until 7÷18÷15! I won’t get the tires until 7÷21÷15 that is WAY too long to wait for a shipment. I will never order from them again.

Purchased an HPI Nitro RS43 evo+ from RC Planet. Shipping was fast. Took the RC to a local hobby shop for them to teach me to tune it up and we even went to the manual to follow directions. After tuning the RC we took the RC for a spin in an open parking lot. After about 40 feet away the transmitter lost connection and could not brake resulting in the RC to crashed onto concrete resulting in major damage. Called RC Planet and told them what had happened and they said the RC may be defective. I told them since it is defective would I be able to get an exchange or even parts for the repair. They told me it was not there problem and that it was HPI’s problem. I told them that I purchased from them and had less than 5 minutes of playing time before it lost connection and crashed. The customer service(i forgot the name) started to give me attitude and transferred my call and then hung up so I had to call back. They kept giving me attitude when they sold me a defective $ 300RC. Overall if you purchased an RC from RC Planet they will sell you defective product and give you attitude and tell you it is not their problem and its HPI’s problem, But its the fact that they sold me a defective product they should at least fix it for me. I felt like I got scammed by this company RC Planet. Will not be ordering from this company again. I also left a negative review on the product I purchased from RC Planet and they deleted my comment from their website. I guess ONLY positive review stays on their website and all the negative gets deleted from their website. That is why I opened a Unilocal account to leave a review. Very unhappy customer here.

Had a fairly major($ 300.00+) issue with R/C Planet this past week. My first order with the company consisted of an HPI Savage Flux HP, a DuraTrax 245 Dual Charger, and two Venom 3S LiPo batteries. Order totaled over $ 900.00. Order was shipped quickly and received with three or four days at most. Upon opening the box I noticed the box was a re-used box they had gotten an order in from RedCat Racing. This in itself is a sign of an unprofessional business, however things went from weird to really bad quickly. The only item in the box was the Savage Flux HP. There were no batteries or charger located in the box. The packing slip indicated they were supposed to be in the box, however I assumed the charger and batteries would arrive in a separate box as the original box didn’t have room for any other items(maybe the batteries, but definitely not the charger). I contacted their customer service department and spoke with Corey who said he would like me to send him pictures of the original packing and he would look into the matter. I immediately sent pictures to and got a quick reply stating they received the pictures and would investigate the matter further. Several hours later I contacted Corey and was told his manager was still investigating the matter and I would hear back shortly. After closing time, I received an e-mail from Todd W. who is apparently the«Returns Manager, Sales & Tech Support…». This e-mail stated that they reviewed the scanned pick sheet and it stated that all items were indeed in the original box and they«reweighed the package» and compared it to what FedEx had on record and both matched. He also said he spoke with the Warehouse manager who said the items were located in the original package as well. He then said there was nothing they could do for me and they would no longer help me on this matter. There was definitely no charger or batteries in the original box. I contacted the BBB to file a complaint and put complaint in with PayPal who I used to pay for the order. I sent Todd W. a response e-mail explaining what I had done and asking for their measurements to compare with the measurements and weights I gathered from the packaging. I will also be contacting FedEx to get the weights they claimed the package weighed to match those against my own as well. In short, they lied to me and shorted me $ 300.00 worth of equipment and refuse to take responsibility giving me bogus explanations. DONOTDEALWITHTHISBUSINESS! EDIT**** I finally got to speak with the General Manager(Holly). She was helpful and just as perplexed as to what could have happened as I was. In the end she refunded me the $ 301.98 for the items I was shorted during the shipment. I’ve raised my review to THREESTARS. It would be four, or possibly five stars if this wouldn’t have even happened to begin with. Where did the missing batteries and charger go? Who knows…
