The Sandy Area Metro bus system is a quality ride. For a dollar on some routes or fifty-​cents on others, individuals can visit some of the most pristine parts of Clackamas County. They differ from Mount Hood Express, operated by the county, since this is operated by the city of Sandy. Riders can go from Gresham to Sandy and Esctada to Sandy, and all vice-​versa.
Riding the bus to beautiful Sandy is a pleasure. I went from Gresham Central Transit Center to Sandy and back for a dollar each way. The system should offer a more luxurious option such as C-​Tran does from Portland to Vancouver, but this will do, due to the low price. It was quick and although seats are less than TriMet, so are riders by far.
