Horrible customer service, they are condescending and rude. They don’t need you as a customer. Save your time and money. Go down the road to another sprinkler supply store they are amazing there and will take the time to help you. Stay away!

They sell great products and the staff are very knowledgable. However, this isn’t a retail-​friendly store — it’s set up mainly for commercial accounts. The lines move very slowly and you’ll probably be frustrated unless you already know what you want and where to find it. Also, they don’t post any prices on anything, though the prices are fair.
So yeah, a pretty quirky place, but I deal with it to get the good supplies for sprinklers and drip irrigation systems.

By far the worst customer service! Me and 3 other customers waited for help while one guy was texting and the other guy was worried about getting pizza. The girl was the only one helping people.

I installed our sprinkler system in our new house about 5 years ago, so this is talking about service I got then, but I can’t imagine it would be any different these days.
If you’ve ever tried to design or put in a sprinkler system, especially if you’ve not done it before which was the case for me, it can seem a pretty daunting task. It’s certainly not rocket science, but it’s always nice to have someone who can provide help and advice — and this is where Sprinkler World excels.
They start out by having you map out your yard on graph paper, showing the outline of your house, flower beds, grass areas etc. From this they put it into a Computer-​Aided-​Design (CAD) system where they will work out exactly what sprinkler heads, pipe runs and stations you need. This alone is a huge help, and they were very open to discussing various options. It was also great information I could give directly to the company I hired to dig the trenches for us.
From this design, they also create a full parts list of everything you need, all the heads, piping, valves, enclosures, adhesives etc. They also show demonstrations on how to build your manifold/​valve assemblies, how to properly connect the pipes using the supplied adhesives, and how to setup up the appropriate drains in the system to prevent problems with things freezing in the winter etc. Really with all this doing it yourself doesn’t seem any where close to daunting.
As a result, the project went very smoothly and everything has worked correctly since it was originally installed. They were very helpful when we had some questions on how to configure certain heads and also with a minor issue we had with getting the valve blocks setup right (something to do with the bleed valves I seem to recall).
