I love this place, in fact it is now my favorite place for beading ideas and supplies. The store is so well organized, it is easy to find exactly the colors and fittings one needs to make any project a fun & successful experience. Next time I am in Utah, I’ll be returning to see Lori Jade & Megan Tilman — both are without exception the very best at helping and sharing their expertise with their customers. If a customer is not able to stay and assemble their own work of art, they will complete and/​or assemble it for them for a very reasonable charge. I value their ability to provide such a high quality of customer service. What a team Charlene Prettyman has working with her! Again, if you are in the Sandy, Utah area and you love jewelry or jewelry making, save some time to visit The Bead Fairy.

They helped me make a lovely necklace for my mom but only had one charm with a sheriff star I could use (my mom is married to a sheriff) and it was the last one. They called the store owner who said I could have it but then changed his mind and said I couldn’t and they would call me when they ordered more. That was about three weeks ago and Mother’s Day was yesterday. She didn’t get the necklace and I still haven’t gotten a call. I followed up with them and they said the owner is sick and will just get back to me when he is well again… I am not keeping my fingers crossed!

This store has beautiful things. I wanted to purchase a pretty necklace or stone for my 7-​year old daughter, who had been to the dentist that earlier that day, and had two teeth pulled out. She was very brave, and I thought that the «tooth fairy» should bring her something extra special. I showed up to The Bead Fairy store a few minutes after they had already closed shop. But, they gladly opened the door for me, and helped me find something awesome and inexpensive for my daughter! I am forever grateful for their kindness and awesome customer service. I am very happy with my experience there, and will definitely be back to check out what other «goodies» I might find :-)

I love this place! They are so friendly and attentive. It’s quiet and has a good selection with amazing prices. I visit this store almost every time I come to Utah!
