I was very impressed with them. Was headed out of town and needed my phone fixed and they had it done in under an hour. Saved my life

BUYER BEWARE! I walked in and asked what phone cases they had. The girl pointed to the wall and said «those two rows» and walked off. No one else was in the store. I explained to her my problem with a case I just purchased pushing off my screen protector. She said «you can take them out of the box». I did and chose my case. Then asked for the price (no prices posted). I agreed to the price for the case. She then asked if I wanted a screen protector. I agreed and returned 15 mins later to her changing $ 30 for front and back PLASTIC screen protectors. They are $ 15 for 3 at Verizon. Wouldn’t do anything about it but said I should keep the box and receipt for the warranty she never told me about… lame!

We got a iPod gen4 screen repaired here. As sometimes happen things don’t turn out perfectly on repairs. But they took great care of us. Thanks for being concerned about a good result.

I’ve had the most horrible experience at this store and strongly warn anyone about going here. I dropped off my ipad over a month ago to replace a cracked screen. When my wife went back to pick up the ipad they didn’t give us back our case. When we explained it was missing they said they accidently gave it to someone else (because they didn’t fill in a work order). They said they would try to reach the customer they gave our case to. Then within a couple days the screen they replacesd was coming off on two sides — we realized they had also bent the entire side of our ipad in about a 3 inch section. The store manager Devon is unreasonable and unapologetic. I went in for a simple face replacement and I’m out of pocket $ 80, I have a now bent ipad and a missing Apple case. BE WEARY OF THIS STORE AND THE MANAGER DEVON!

I had my broken screen replaced and power button «fixed» while visiting Utah. A week after having this work completed, my screen kept going black. I called the staff at tricked out, or fix a phone, who’s solution was to ship my phone back. I informed them that this was not an option, as I am a mom, and we do not have a home phone. Oh, the power button «fix» never took, either.
I ended up taking my phone to a local spot in sf, who diagnosed the problem as a faulty screen. They replaced the screen, AND charged just $ 90 as opposed to the $ 159 I paid for fix a phone to install a faulty one.
I spoke with manager Robbie, who agreed that he would refund my money for their faulty work. I mailed the screen back two weeks ago, and have called and emailed multiple times. Each time, Robbie has said he will talk to his manager and get back to me.
So, I spoke with said manager today. Wow. First, he stated that he «just heard about this matter» when I have been calling for weeks. He would not let me speak, kept interrupting me, and said he would not agree to the terms previously promised. So, they have their faulty screen in their hands now, and still refuse a refund. What shady business operators.
I will battle this to small claims court. Please avoid this place. They are shady businessmen, do shitty work, and have no concept of customer service.

Rude, rude, rude! Never again would I go there or recommend it to anyone! I have gone there twice (because I believe in second chances) and I get attitude every time! There are some many other choices out there, so it always astonishes me when businesses have employees that act this way.
