Good experience with Nick Harrell! He gets a 5 star. The dealership gets a 4, paperwork department took just short of an eon (cash deal should have taken 15 min, took 45). Car was not as clean as it should have been. So, Yea Nick! Ho hum team.

I went to this location and meet a very professional and helpful sales agent named Ernesto. He was very patient with me which was great because I don’t know what car I want. However Ernesto took me around the lot to see all cars and gave really helpful opinions. If I decide on the truck he showed me I’ll be back here so he can receive the credit for his assistance.

I haven’t purchased a car in years and was reluctant to undergo the whole «car dealership/​salesman» process. However I was VERY impressed with my recent sales experience here. I saw several cars here that were clean and seem to be in excellent condition. Our salesperson Nancy Barbosa was so pleasant, patient, and sincere. I felt she was genuinely interested in what our car needs were. We did purchase a 2012 suv there haggle free. Even the guy in finance (Ryan) was courteous and professional. They have a wide variety of vehicles, and the sales people are friendly (no sharks). The only reason I didn’t rate them 5 stars is because I felt I should have gotten a little more on my trade in. Even though it was sort of a clunker lol. Still I refer anyone reading this review to go Carmax/​Lake Mary-​Sanford. Please be sure to ask for Nancy B. You’ll love her!

We love Carmax and always tell everyone we know how great they are.
We recently drove to Florida on vacation. On our way back to our hotel we thought about stopping by a Carmax to look at their vans. I set us up with an online appointment so we could speak to someone when we arrived. Before we even got there I sales rep, Nick gave us a call and got a lot of information from us. We mentioned a specific can we had seen on the Carmax app and he said he would have it ready. Sure enough! We arrived and the van was waiting for us. Nick also showed us all the van options and we ended up finding a great van with incredibly low miles and condition.
At this point it was getting late but Nick stuck with us. Our transaction was a little more difficult as we had an out of state van to sell to them and out of state registration to take out can back to Colorado.
Manny was the kind fellow who helped us with the paperwork and he was very kind and thorough. The process was seamless and in less then two hours we were walking out with keys to our new van.
I would tell anyone in the world to go to Carmax. We have now sold them three cars and bought two and we will NEVER go anywhere else!

I will always refer anyone to Carmax. The no haggle prices are true to value. They’re not sharks and they work with you. No scummy finance guy involved! I’m very pleased with my experience. At the end of the day, they get paid the same no matter what car they sell you, so you don’t have to worry about being talked into something you can’t afford.

This dealer is completely worthless and a joke. We came in with an 2014 Audi A4 Premium Plus with S Line package. It had less than 8k miles and had a clean Carfax. After doing a «appraisal» for 3 whole minutes, they decided to quote us a «great deal» at 26k. NADA quotes this car at trade in value of 36k. This dealership should be shut down for the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect that everyone involved with the company shows. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, they only know how to try to rob people who are unaware of what their car is worth. Taking advantage of people and then selling their cars 15k — 20k more then they bought it for is a prime example of how low and disgusting they are as a company. I will be notifying the better business bureau on their horrible, disrespectful performance and complete and utter ignorance. You should be ashamed Carmax.

Solid place but their sales people have a little ways to go. They are super fair on how they offer your car an assessment and buy out price and that their cars are all no hassle pricing. They can be a little pricier than what you find online but it’s nice knowing that they don’t buy lemons that you get stuck with. Many other dealers actually recommend going here to sell your call before buying from them just because the process is so seamless.

Terrible service! I arrived early and salesman Rich McCormick was flustered! Car I came to look at was filthy! I asked to take car for inspection off property! NO… they said they won’t do that! Asked why the carfax I paid for and the one they gave me did not match! Next manager Chris came by and told me to get car inspected I had to purchase it! Red flag after red flag! Be careful dealing them if you plan to want the truth! Wasted ½ day and 100 miles round trip! I will go elsewhere to buy my new car!

Could not have had a better experience. Great service, polite and professional. They bought my car for more than I had anticipated. Incredibly quick and efficient. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them. Not at all your usual car buying experience.

Came here to sell my wife’s car. Was immediately greeted and helped by Sergio. The appraisal process took less than 30 minutes, which we spent walking around looking at the cars. The price they came up with was right at our bottom line, so we did it. We came back with the car and went straight to the business office, who took care of everything including the tag and title.
My wife and I were both astonished at how easy the whole process was. The only reason I’m giving four instead of five was that the offer came in right at our bottom line — had they offered a little more, like KBB trade-​in value, it would’ve been a perfect experience. However, for convenience, they can’t be beat. The whole process took maybe an hour.

went here July 2012 and did a Trade In and bought a new car.
I dealt with Terry who was very professional and handled my transaction very efficiently.
We did everything over the phone since I already knew the car I was getting. Once everything was approved all I had to do is drive there and everything else was downhill.
Will recommend this location to anyone.

Quick service right in the door. Walked in said I wanted my truck appraised and had an associate right there before I even finished my sentence. Let’s see how this goes. Free wifi while you wait. Tried to low ball me not happy.

During our car shopping experience, this was the only dealership we visited that I had an all around pleasant experience at.
When we walked into the lobby we were immediately greeted, but never had the «pack» of sales people pounce on us like a pack of rabid hyenas. Instead a polite and soft spoken gentleman asked if he could direct us to an area in the lot that we could browse the vehicles. After walking us to the SUV area he told us if we needed anything, just wave him over and he would come and help us. He then went back to the awning at the back of the building and let us browse the cars. All of the SUV’s were fairly priced and appeared to be in good condition. They had a good sized selection of models, sizes, and price range. Even with this inventory we didn’t see exactly what we wanted so we returned and thanked him for his time. He let us know that if we found what we wanted at any Carmax online in the country he could have it shipped in for a test drive at no cost to us. He then thanked us for stopping in and even asked if we would like a cold beverage to go. Clean nice place, polite and courteous sales people, vast inventory and a very comfortable place to look at used vehicles.

We sold a car to carmax this weekend and got the best deal around. They were friendly, professional, and helpful. It appears they buy and sell cars that have low mileage and have not had any damage. The price you see on the window of the car is what you pay– no haggling. If we are ever in the market for a used car, we will go to carmax.
