My husband and I visit here often just because we are huge fans of Chick fil a in general! :) We always experience quick service with such positive attitudes. We love the Christian atmosphere that it offers because there aren’t many places like that anymore. Thank you for offering a positive dining environment. Worth every penny! :) Keep the good work Chick fil a Sanford! :)

Come here often. Always good food, very clean, and great «my pleasure» service. Collecting can food to donate to the needy and giving away free ice coffee or frosted lemonade for the donations.

Had a good experience today. Used my chick fil a card. Wasn’t sure how it was going to work and the girl explained how it worked. Had food before we even left counter. Got refills without waiting.

Sometimes the service is good, sometimes it’s bad. I know a lot of people who have had issues with this chick fil a. It’s probably the worst one I’ve been to and I love chick fil a’s. But this one is just not a good one.

Decent Chick Fil A, but I honestly prefer Zaxby’s next door. The only thing they have over Zaxby’s is they have a playground for the kids which is nice on a rainy day. Lunch is pretty hectic and the staff did struggle to pump out the food timely, they’re busy so I feel bad for the employees, but still as a customer you expect fast food to be fast. Also the WiFi didn’t seem to function correctly even after login.

I’m a big Chick fil a fan. This one is the most mismanaged poorly run one I’ve ever been to. You have to really try to get everything in an order wrong, but they did it! I recommend you skip this one

This place is actually a really nice location. Clean, hot food and very friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t give it more stars is because they’re not able to handle more than 3 people in a line at one time. Ticket times are very long for simple orders. If the pace was picked up, this location would be worthy of 4 stars IMO.

Chick Fil A… the ultimate experience in fast food. This location is always clean and the staff is friendly. Never seen it over crowded like the Fayetteville locations.

This was the first time I had dined at a Chick-​fil-​a. Being from the North all of my friends from the South have raved about the experience and had encouraged me to give it a go when I had the chance. I stopped by for a late lunch between business meetings and I was blown away at how nice this place was for a fast food restaurant. The place was extremely clean and the people were over the top nice which only enhanced the experience and made me an instant fan. The food was quite good and like liked the tea given I don’t drink soda and most tea is less than desirable at fast food restaurants. I heard they have one in Chicago and I now going to have to seek it out and add it to the visit list. Well done and keep up the great experience as it puts the rest of the fast food industry below the bar.
