We haven’t been here in years. Now we remember why. While we go there at 1:30/1:45, it was quite empty, but nasty! We didn’t realize until we sat down. After my family of four had had two small servings(the plates are small and we aren’t those people who stack out food piled high) it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that we had nowhere to place our used dishes. After the four of us had gone back for our third trip, we moved our empty plates to the vacant table next to us. TWENTY minutes later, after we had eaten and were just sitting there discussing our day’s plans, a young girl with braided dreadlocks came up to us and started demanding answers as to why we had used two tables. We explained that we ran out of room and no one had cleared the plates the entire time. She starts cursing and telling us that we were nasty @ss people and it was only her working the dinning room floor. Seriously. The place was still dead. I’m not sure what she had been busy doing if she was the floor girl and that was her only job. The other people’s tables who had already left before us had not been cleared either. We took pictures. I think we’ve finally learned our lesson and will leave these sort of places off our list.

They no longer serve regular breadsticks. The manager told me they only have the cheese bread. The pizza is still meh.

Cicis isnt some gourmet authentic Italian pizzeria. With that said it is what it is, a $ 5 pizza, pasta, salad, dessert buffet. Its a cheap dinner and a decent place to feed a coward of Hungry pizza crazy kids. This cici is always clean, fresh and will make whatever you request

The management at this location needs a reality check. The food is at best. … mediocre and the customer service is non-existent. One time they refused to accept a coupon on a mobile app. They told me I needed to print it first. What? ??? I walked out and vowed never to return. Then I bought a groupon for Orlando area Cici’s, arrived at this establishment to be told that they do not participate in any of these deals on groupon. Not really a big deal. I really didn’t want to eat here anyway.

For the price of the food, the quality is pretty excellent. The place is always clean, or at least as clean as it can be with dozens of childern running amok. There is always fresh pizza and someone walking around cleaning tables and wiping down the buffet tables. Also, the bathrooms are reasonably clean.

Cici’s is an establishment for feeding children a ridiculous amount of pizza for a small amount of money. If that is what you are expecting, it is perfect. No, the floors are not spotless. Yes, children run in and out of the arcade, but they have SpongeBob on half the day — did you really expect a classy dining experience? If you have a kid or group of kids that can eat a house and still be hungry, this is the place to take them.

I like their macaroni and cheese pizza. It’s acceptable when you’re broke and starving. It’s dirty as hell. Kids can be annoying as hell. It’s really, really hot inside… Possibly IS hell. Maybe I’ll make that Jeno’s pizza at home…

Great if you like cardboard pizza that only has toppings 1⁄3 of the way up the pizza. Everytime I’ve tried going to this place I am miserably disappointed. Think you can’t screw up pizza? Think ANY pizza that is «All You Can Eat» is good? Think again. :\

Well, what can you say about a Pizza buffet. This particular location was dirty. Kids running around like the spoiled, undisciplined brats they are. Parents allowed them to run around knocking over chairs. Food tasted like any other Cici’s I would rather buy a Jeno pizza and make it at home.
